Lice Troopers Lice Removal & Lice Treatment Clinic, Orlando FL

I made an appointment for 11 and showed up at 10: 45. When we got there, there was no one at all! We called and THEN someone appeared at 10: 53. They then proceeded to tell us that there was another case in the back and they couldn't take anyone for the rest of the day. We asked when we could be moved to, and for the next 20 minutes all we got was "I don't- I dunno. " Waste of an hour.

I took my daughter there twice, I pay almost $400 and guess what? The eggs are still there. She staff are really nice, but that’s don’t resolve my problem

I have 4 kids. One daughter with a lot of hair. She had had lice before and we had used another company so I am familiar with the process. They couldn't get out to me, so to Google I went. I had this company come to my home. I was charged roughly $495. They came out, told me ALL the lice was gone and there was no need for any kind of follow up visit. 2 days later she is still complaining about being itchy. I thought maybe it's just dandruff, or just the lice "itchy feeling.you know, when you start thinking about it and itch everywhere". A few more days go by and still itching. I combs through her hair the BIG bugs and Nits everywhere. I contacted the owner and texted pictures. Zero response. Very frustrated and out a LOT of money.

They were amazing! Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I went there 3 times to get the lice out and it worked each time but the lice came back again and my parents can’t keep paying for this and we don’t know what to do.it was a great place to go though

And let me know he would not charge me
The once a month fee.
I am a single Mom and very busy
I noticed Lice Troopers was still charging me
So I called the Store yesterday to let them know I was being charged and now they charged my account $90.00 dollars very unfair!

Sweetest person and she answered alllllllll of my questions patiently as she examined all of my hair and provided the treatment. Thanks for making this process more manageable

How did possibly having lice turn into such a great experience. Christine is comprehensive knowledgeable and pleasant. Put me at ease right away. The comb out screening was actually delightful. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated I felt like I was in a high end h
salon. Thanks again for fast efficient scheduling and service. I hope not to be back lol but for anyone battling lice outbreak this is the place to beat them.

Absolutely wonderful staff. I have read other reviews about it being pricey but if you battle for weeks to get rid of them you understand that this is a great value. My daughter was treated very well and the studio was clean and comfortable. It had a salon feel to it. I would highly recommend the Orlando studio and hopefully we will never need them again but if we do I will not hesitate to return!

Hope y’all know they’re not doing anything special to get the life out your hair. They really make people pay up to $200 per treatment only to use BAKING POWDER and REGULAR CONDITIONER in their hair! And then the lady lies and says that you can find the “thickening agent” online on Amazon but that’s a LIE! Lice Troopers is a horrible money hungry company and I want EVERYBODY to know this! Also, stop FORCING customers to get retreatments!

Clean environment, efficient staff and made me feel comfortable during treatment. Didn't charge me, I was not infested.

Clean and comfortable; the clinician was very nice and gentle with the kids, but they give the appointment a certain amount of time and if it takes longer than that, they charge for every 30 minutes you go over. Had to stop before we were done because we had already gone past our time. The bill was huge and I couldn't get both kids done. It would have been better if they would just flat rate, no matter how long it takes if they are going to guarantee walking out lice free.

Lice Troopers were the first business to come up when I needed help and honestly I didn't know what to expect as my phone was dialing, but by the time the call went through I not only had a solution to my problem but I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of.
