9/30/2020 This is the finest A/C company I have ever encountered! I first hired them when I had an emergency with my old A/C unit and they came out and got it up and running in an August heat wave. After another period of time, my unit conked out and my wife and I decided to have them give an estimate for a new, (and properly sized), a/c unit and air handler. They went through a number of pros and cons about the various companies and gave us a very reasonable quote. After my wife and I made our decision, they were terrific in a scheduling and installing our brand new units! They were thorough, professional, and had a great attentional to detail! This is a quality company with quality people! 1/13/2021 Due to this company's great work in replacing my A/C unit and air handler, I contracted them again to do a complete replacement of my house's duct work. They just completed the instillation and they did another terrific job. The crew was very professional, punctual, careful in working around our rooms, excellent in keeping me informed of issues/progress and they were meticulous in cleaning as they went along and especially as they concluded their work each day. This company is truly 5 Star! 3/9/2021 I just had them do a 6 month maintenance service and decided to purchase the semi-annual maintenance contract. Great value and the work today was thorough, efficient and clean. The new A/C is terrific and costs less to run than my old unit. 6/15/2023 the A/C unit was cooling sufficiently and their technician did a terrific job in quickly identifying the issue and correcting it! He also suggested a permanent fix to our drainage that will significantly reduce future build-up and clogs. Once again, License to Chill provides 5 Star service. 10/3/2023 standard semi-annual service maintenance. Travis, the A/C tech, was very thorough in inspecting, servicing and cleaning our system. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain what was being done. He did a great job and License to Chill has never disappointed!

Mike was very thorough in explaining the types of units they had. And Javier was excellent and was very nice, answered all of my questions as he was installing the unit. I will definitely call them in the future for any issues I might have!
