I was waiting at the Lacrosse Airport in Wisconsin to pick up a rental, to see a representative Katelyn Johnson, alongside a blonde female and a brunette male co worker, return a vehicle on Tuesday March 7th 2023 and were EXTREMLY rude to their Avis and Budget employee that was helping them. They threw their keys to the rep, made faces at her. I have never been so embarrassed for a company to treat another company and their employees like that. Katelyn returned a vehicle with a crack in the windshield and never stated there was damage prior. There was no need for the amount of disrespect and shame they but on that Avis and Budget employee, in front of a bunch of people who got off a flight that just landed.

I was at the La Crosse Airport waiting for a rental car when the people ahead of myself, I think her name was Katelyn, along with a blonde female and a male were very rude to the customer service rep as Avis/Budget. They needed to exchange a car that had damage, noticed the damage previously but felt no need to notify the company, and were angry with her that the refueling fee was $9.99 a gallon. She did kindly let them know that because they rented it full it did need to be returned full. She told them of a gas station near by and gave them the chance to go fuel it. They instead decided to roll their eyes, speak down to the young girl and were very unkind. I do not know this company but they were happily representing the company on their clothing.
