Just getting started here. Kevin was great. He walked me through everything. The place is exceptionally clean with nice security gate.

Had to relocate very quickly all my questions were answered over the phone with no problems made a reservation.

In office I was met with Lauren she was very accommodating professional understanding and friendly she answered all questions allowed us to preview the unit and had us ready to move in our storage unit within 15 minutes of arriving with reservation. Which we were very happy about after a 3-hour drive.

While on the property everything is noticeably clean the units are easily accessible and the late access is a plus.

I received incredible service in storing our post hurricane Ian belongings. The manager was very empathetic with us and helped find the right space at a great price. The whole property is immaculate and the unit was perfect. We found a life storage closer now that post storm storage has opened up Bonita Springs and the transfer from one location to the next was seamless. I have zero issues from move in to move out and these people are just the best.

Had a very pleasant experience acquiring my storage space. Savannah was beyond helpful. Showed me several different sizes because I couldn't figure out what would work. We did all the paperwork in the office electronically and it was quick and easy and painless. I would definitely recommend this facility in Clearwater on North Belcher. I bought a storage unit here. They need better trained employees in how to handle auctions and have the codes to get inside the gates and climate controlled areas. I spent way too much time here because we didn't have the proper codes and information to get in. And it's definitely not laid out correctly either.

Krystal made the process a breeze and she was fantastically personable and patient with me. Pay money and having to put your stuff into storage is always kinda a bummer, but so how she made it a enjoyable experience:)

It's not too bad if you catch one of the specials. If not then I definitely wouldn't pay the full prices as they are very much on the high side, particularly for units that aren't climate controlled (they have both) and units that don't really seal very good so dirt, debris, bugs, and water get in.

Lauren was outstanding with our rental. Very professional and helpful, I actually suggested this facility to others based on my recent experience.

When we moved in it was a great price and enough space fit what we needed. 2 years later we moved out. The rent went up a lot and it looked like no one was taking care of anything. The roof inside our unit was falling, debris all over our bins. The hallways were full of debris and dead roaches. We tried for days and while we were there moving out to contact someone during their posted business hours and nothing until the day after we moved out. Only received an email. We did find a larger unit for the same price in an extremely clean facility.

While we only started renting a unit this week, the process was quick and easy. We hope that our time with them is as great as our first impression!

Lauren made getting a storage unit a pleasant yet professional experience. I had to check in at their office once and Kim was extremely helpful. Both ladies should be commended for their positive, smiling attitudes.
