Shanakay was extremely informative and helpful when telling me which unit to pick. Also, listed all of our benefits included with our rental, like insurance, the lock, and payment options. Great little spot, climate controlled and non climate controlled with lots a space options!

Recommend if you need light or heavy storage!

They must offer a discount for a good review because my experience with this establishment was exceedingly horrid. I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with management being childish and unprofessional after informing them that I will be removing my belongings from the facility the manager became extremly combative and insulted me multiple times. As I was removing my belongings the staff hid the floor dollies that where always by the office and then proceeded to lie to me and said other leasers must be using them. So I searched the property and there was only 2 other individuals on the property and neither where using the dollies. After I filled up my vehicle a staff member told me a dollies was at the end of the hallway that I had search not 10 minutes prior. Staff also parked their golf cart in the closest exit to my unit obstructing my pathway to my vehicle I have pictures. Don't be fooled this establishment is horrible

Shana service was top notch, she was really helpful and amazing. She was also very quick and very friendly even though she was closing in 10 mins she was still very helpful.

Shawna and Adrian made things so much easier. We were running late due to heavy traffic, it was storming, and they stayed to help us get our unit in the system. They were accommodating, gave insightful recommendations, and made my daughter and I laugh after a seriously long day. Would definitely recommend this store!

Had a rush order on getting a storage unit. Adrian was able to help facilitate the paper work so that I can get my unit quickly and efficiently without the hassle. Found this storage area to be acceptable for storing my belongings. Would highly recommend!
