Nice place but, the rate increase of 25% a year is crazy. Started at $140 for a 10x10
4 years later $350 a month. Makes it not worth keeping your stuff. Over $4k a yr is nutz
When I signed up for the storage unit the sales associate asked if we wanted to do auto payments and I said yes. When the first bill was due we got a notice after the due date stating that the payment was late even though we signed up for auto pay with the associate. It's best to create an account online and set everything up yourself including notifications. We never got a bill until after the payment was considered late. We called asking for a refund but the associate refused to issue it or give us a credit to the following month. We gave the credit card information the day of sign up and agreed to the auto payment but it was never done.
Vonnie and Bre was amazing with helping me with info about renting a storage. Very warm and welcoming.
Storage made easy from leasing to location. I didn't have to make appointment nor meet anyone from office. I applied from online and it was quick and easy. Great storage place, I definitely recommend it.

Moving from the west coast to south Florida…. Was a lot. Came across life storage to store my belongings and I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and friendly not sure of the spelling but shambr hall was a great help to all the stress I’m under THANK GOD BLESS U SWEET ️
