The manager stopped what he was doing and gave us a personal tour of the facility. Great place! Clean and new, indoor unloading bay, even a bathroom.

The storage is clean & secure. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Very good customer service on every trip in the office. Ken and Holly are great. If needing a storage in Tallahassee, I highly recommend them and the Martin road location.

Easy check in, followed up with a phone call after rental was secured online too. Great service the facility manager was very friendly and so was the lady that made the follow up call. This is the place to store your things, regardless of what the other facility’s in town say they have nothing on this place!

Fantastic experience. Super safe and secure. Love the drive thru storage tunnel. Ken the manager knows my name and greets me often. Bathrooms are always clean. Unit is in superb condition. Customer for life.

The place is very clean and nice. Great communication after I rented the unit online. Was contacted by the office and given all the information to access my unit as well as sent a text message with the same information.
Units are nice and clean. Easy access to freight elevators along with large carts in main area for use to move into unit.

I continue to have ridiculous experiences at this place.

I have been trying to work with this place since before they opened and even waited for them to open instead of going to another storage facility. I have spoken with the manager numerous times in which I have been misinformed. For example, why I was charged a late fee before I was supposed to be. He said he didn't have access to past payments or charges, only future ones. How is that fair to me when I am being charged a $40+ fee that is wrong! I have been trying to transfer to another unit to reduce costs and then I get charged additional costs? ! This is not ok.

Recently I consolidated 2 households. Leaving me w/ extra items I'm not ready to part w/ but sadly I had nowhere to store them. I checked out a new facility near my home that met all of my needs: available units, reasonably priced, climate controlled, and most of all convenient. I met w/ the store manager, Ken Peterson, just 10 minutes before closing & apologized for my lateness, offering to return another day. What secured my business was his attitude. He took the time to show me around, answering my questions, all while seeming to genuinely be happy to do so, even though it was late in the day.

Consumers beware. Unit sizes are not close to approximate. As much as 40% smaller than advertised. Measure your unit before signing agreement. Bait and switch tactics employed here when you have a reservation confirmed and they can’t offer the size you need. Regional manager Greg should be fired for his unethical and unprofessional conduct. He has no business interacting with customers or having a team of people reporting to him. Store manager Ken is very nice and tries hard to accommodate customers) despite the false advertising of the company.)

Ken maintained a high level of professionalism and positivity throughout my renting experience. He answered my questions and was incredibly helpful.

I Love how Close they are to my Work! I can drop off or pick up anything any day of the week from 7am - 10 pm, this is Amazing for by constantly "On the Go" busy life.:)

The place was extremely clean. The loading and unloading was so simple with the.indoor garage pull in. Would highly recommend
