They keep raising the price every month or so. Beware good price to get you in, then raise it.

We stored our things at this place for years!

I would really like to say TY to the new gentleman (Steven) working his first day on the job. He listened as I told him how much I appreciated his kindness as he showed me around In a golf cart and as I almost cried. Most people don't have the heart to understand most of us are at a storage unit because of difficult times. Homelessness, loss of a loved one, divorce, estate process gone totally awful (as what my reason was) it would be nice if everyone shared a little kindness during a time like this. So TY Steven for showing me around and just listening. The space Is bigger then it looks. I got a 10^5 and as I was putting In my stuff I was happy about the size. A great neighbor accross the way that has been here for a long time also was very friendly with great conversation and helpful sharing some tips about our uhaul and the storage place. I felt very safe. So all In all. I'm happy I chose this place. Thank You Steven and my neighbor across the way for making this dreading process a lot easier.

Unit was sparkling clean. Great customer service. Even left a thank you note in locker when I returned with my storage items. Great communicator.

I just started renting a space at this location and would say the facility looks to be well maintained and the service from Kevin was excellent. I initially signed up online and when I went to move in I saw another unit that I liked better than the one selected for me (I rented a small 3x3x3 and wanted one off the ground). I was thinking I'd be stuck, but Kevin took care of it quick and easy. There was a small fee, and I do wish the company would allow us to see which units are available so I could have avoided this, but I think he said it's normally $10 to do this and I was just charged a little over $6 because I hadn't been signed up more than a month/hadn't even opened the unit. I'm still giving 5/5 stars because of Kevin, he's true asset to the company; really knows the system and very nice person.

Lauren (the store manager) is THE BEST. Wry patient and very helpful. I owe it all to her. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Over the many years I’ve rented here, the prices went up drastically. I had to move out to another storage facility because of the pricing. I now pay less than half of what I was paying at Life Storage for the same size unit.

I just moved out of my space at the Life Storage on Drew. The facility is clean and safe. I had very few interactions with the staff, but each time was great! My move in and especially
the move out could not have been any easier. Thank you Life Storage!

What I want to say about life storage is that they are awesome. The units are perfect. Are kept very well and I recommend them highly.

Lauren was a "Life" saver! I rented the wrong type of unit and she helped me through the whole process of getting a climate controlled one. This was all on moving day. I so appreciate her assistance!

I have to give this location and its manager, and the district manager, the highest possible rating. Several things went wrong during both the move in and the move out. Yet they worked with me, fixed the problems, and even went above and beyond what I expected and what they needed to do to make it right. They were also respectful on the phone and in their dealings with me. Moves can be difficult no matter how prepared you are, but this location made it as easy as possible. Thank you!
