Great professional and caring staff. I have had 2 storage units here and both times the service was great. The facility is also very clean and secure.

Safe place, eady access 24/7, but don't like the forced insurance so would never use them again. Most of what stored had high sentimental value and was irreplaceable, So forcing me to have insurance was a scam.

I have been renting from Life Storage for 3 years and have Always had great service, although a text on the due date saying I am late is scary as I am always on time with my payments. Stephen was a pleasure to work with today 11/11/23 when I stopped in regarding questions on Insurance and much to my surprise has me a much better rental rate. Thank you Stephen

Life Storage in Oviedo, Florida is an excellent and all round five star facility. I Purchased the air conditioned unit so that my photos and other items in the storage unit would be safe in a temperature controlled environment. I have been extremely happy with the staff, who are very helpful and always there to help you. The Security is top-notch. I highly recommend Life Storage.

Alex was great to work with. My storage unit was always dry. Went to move everything out after two months and my stuff was covered in mold. Furniture and boxes were damp. My two tables we had stacked had stuck together. My teak hutch had thick on it. I did send a message but never heard back.

All other reviews are fake or pet of promotion, an operating system you’d rather kys then use, and a website that makes you put a username in while never having set one up (only asks for an email and pass) so yea if you work or own this the morally correct thing to do it demolish it and set up a park.

Life Storage is a great place to keep your stuff cool and dry, definitely safe! Just know that if the power goes out you have to wait til it goes back on to get access, as with any facility, I'm sure all have electronic gates, doors and or elevators. The staff and management of this facility went way above the norm to make sure everything went well from the initial ordering of the unit to the departure. Just a heads up, in the one that I used, when I went in a few times to go through my stuff.the lights, being motion controlled, When I was working in the back of my unit the lights went off constantly. It may have been that my particular unit was placed on the wrong side of the sensor so it couldn't see me much. I found it very annoying to have to come out in the dark, just some dim emergency lights on, and then flail my arms to get the lights on. Soon I brought my headlamp flashlight. It allowed me to work without a problem.
It's a good company, hires nice efficient people.

When I talked to the customer service representative over the phone - he was very informative, very polite and helpful.

When I arrive at the storage - the office was cleaned, staff was courteous.

Storage areas were cleaned and well lit.

A few minor hiccups from the start (not getting access code and lock when promised) however it was rectified quickly and courteously by the staff. The facility is immaculate and the temperature controlled atmosphere makes it comfortable moving things in and out of my facility, not to mention preventing damage to my articles due to excessive heat and humidity. Good experience all around so far.

I got to the storage unit and the facility was fresh, clean, and immediately Deanna was extremely helpful. She was very kind and friendly, walking me through every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for anyone else to help because the experience was amazing!
