The ease and efficency that Kameron provided us in renting space for our Company was above and beyond. The process, location and team are fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.

Payments made but does not post on account. This has happened 3 times in 4 months. They say access is restricted at 10pm. I arrived at 9: 45 and was locked out. All units are Bluetooth and customer service cannot let you in when the error is on their end. Terrible experience

Friendly, professional customer service. Modern, secure storage facility. I love that they have climate controlled storage so you don’t need to worry about heat or cold damaging you stuff. Highly recommend

Pretty happy so far. I began renting a unit in December and so far I have found the property to be clean and safe!

We just relocated all of our Items from another storage facility in Gainesville, and what a difference! The staff is friendly and professional. The app makes it so easy and convenient. No more trying to keep track of padlock keys and door codes. Plus the covered bay area means I no longer have to work around the weather to take things in and out of storage. It's also clean and well maintained. I'm so glad we discovered LifeStorage!

Friendly Customer service was willing to help me. The unit that I rent has a lot of space And was clean and I highly recommend.

To make a long story short, Cameron deserves a promotion. I’ve had a unit with LS for over a year, several delinquent payments and they ALWAYS work with me. Even with their system and internal company changes, Cam was always keeping me informed and even contacted the store owner and was able to give me an extension on payment before my unit was to be auctioned. The accessibility of Bluetooth capabilities for building makes it easy to never forget your key at home. 100% worth the $

The ladies in the office were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility very clean and comfortable easy to navigate. I accidentally bumped into this storage facility by accident while looking for another source company. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how cost-effective they are.

Kameron and the other associate has made my time at life storage smooth! Though there were a few hiccups, they always pulled through to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of! Thank y’all so much. I definitely recommend choosing LifeStorage!

Great place for storage. Staff is excellent and alway there working and keeping the area clean. Highly recommended. Excellent security and climate controlled lockers.

While looking for a storage unit, I came across Life Storage. Great prices, climate controlled, super clean facilities. The office lady was so helpful and friendly. Love the app and it's option for digital access to everything from front gate and elevator to my units - no keys or #'s to remember. Plenty of carts to use. And as a bonus convenience for me, there's Amazon delivery boxes on the front of the building.

I am currently renting three units at Life Storage on Archer Road in Gainesville. The units are very clean and easily accessible. Manager Kameron Bishop is professional in every way. She is patient, informative and devoted to the customer's best interests. I heartily recommend this facility for your storage needs!

The lady that showed me around and took me to my storage unit was sooo friendly and was upfront about everything. Highly recommend going to this place if you need storage space!

Overall it's a very clean self storage facility, but the major downside is pricing. Every single month the rent goes up $10-20. It will price you out of their facility within a year or two. It's absolutely absurd.

That's on top of the people in the office going out whenever the hell they feel like it. Don't count on the posted time on the door to be when they actually return. The lady usually returns around 30 minutes or so late and is all cheery like we didn't wait in line in the sun waiting for her to finally make her way over at her own leisurely pace.

Just visited the site today. What an amazing clean site.
The security is awesome, too with the state of the art Bluetooth monitoring

I had a storage unit at another facility prior to moving to life storage. There were apparently rodents there as I found half eaten poison packs near my unit.
When I found lifestorage my total experience changed. I was greeted by Kameron Bishop who was really welcoming and very helpful with my relocation. The place is very clean and I know that my stored things are truly in a climate controlled environment
I will never go anywhere else to store my things.

We signed up online. 4 months later (to the day), they sent us notification that the rent was going up! $17/month, 12%. When I questioned them about it, they said they always review accounts to increase in cost at 5 months. Don't fall for the bait and switch like we did, take your storage somewhere else!

Update: Called both the store and corporate.nothing they can/will do about the rate increase.
