Because of this company’s poor quality and poor choice NOT to re do my order, I lost over $5000. I ordered custom made boxes for my client. Boxes are made and printed on thick stock. Leandro (the owner) decides to print the boxes on a laser printer as opposed to an offset press and if course, my client rejects this order. I simply went back to Leandro (the owner of this print company) and asked his to make this order correct by re doing. He refuses. His reason: “the artwork was a disaster to begin with”… then why take the order, charge me over $5000 to print custom boxes on a basic laser printer.

Don’t trust Leandro (the owner) and his print company. There are more than enough print shops in Miami. I choose him because I know him personally. I can imagine him doing business with someone he doesn’t know personally. Anyway, my next step is BBC (Better Business Bureau).
