I had the pleasure of working with the Lifestyles Rental Services team last week on a more complicated rental request. From the first point of contact up through the lease signing, the team of Paul, Hanna and Kay were responsive, supportive and helpful. They will definitely be a go-to point of contact for me going forward for my clients' rental needs.

I'd leave a zero star review if I could, but the lowest option is one! I would never leave a bad review but this company deserves it.
Abismal service. Impossible to get ahold of! We had a pipe burst and they didn't answer 8 calls! Didn't respond to emails either. We would've submitted a maintenance request on the portal, but the portal deactivated our accounts and asked for our move out experience. 14 months prior to our move out date!
Not to mention they botched our lease transition, we spent a month in limbo with ZERO response not knowing if would end up on the streets.
Tenants be wary, it better be your dream house you're renting. Owners, take your business elsewhere. This company isn't fit to run a bake sale, yet alone your valuable asset.

I have been with this company for a year I can not get them to fix my leaking shower it's caused my entire bathroom to have water damage and now mold they want rent but will not communicate with me other then the app letting me know when my payment is due. Absolutely awful experience.

Overall experience wasn’t bad when it comes to move out they want you to leave the place perfect, ready for the next person. I believe that because when I moved the house wasn’t clean from a professional.

Since being a tenant with Lifestyle Rentals they are Professional, Easy to talk to, Patient and Understanding. I have been with them 5 years and love being a part of their family/tenant. They have really been there for me through employment situations, and hospital stays. Keep up the Great Job you are doing. I am home with Lifestyle Rentals.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication. We have glass in our carpet that we didn’t notice during our 4 minute tour that we received until walking on the carpet barefoot and getting glass stuck in our feet. Every. Single. Room. That has carpet, has glass shards in it. Contacted at least 10 times for it and we were blamed for it and told to “keep vacuuming”. Every time we’ve reached out they NEVER call us back and it takes them 1-2+ weeks to reply. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Carpets were apparently cleaned before we moved in, they are filthy on top of the glass being there. Broken washer we have to pay macitence for even though they were filled with mold when we moved in. Pick a different agency to go through!

Very unprofessional. The MLS stated $500 deposit, we were asked if we wanted to hold the property for the deposit. When we agreed we were then rudely told by different employees through random text messages, very poor communication not returning questions in a timely manner and disrespectful to our realtor. The deposit was going to be $1500! When the MLS still said $500, what a bait and switch. No wonder the price of rent has continually dropped over the past few months. Who would want to start a lease with a company like that. I feel sorry for the owners having no clue why their home is not renting. Could it be because the poorly managed management company. We chose not to rent this particular home letting the owner of the management company know how we felt treated. Oh then they come back spitefully stating we were denied anyway do to poor credit? Then why did you offer us to put the deposit down for a move in date specified? If we had poor credit why would you offer such a deal? Again very poorly managed… signed missed a bullet with that one…
Good news found a much better company in the same community for the same floor plan that we liked so we have our realtor gratefully handling the details for us.

We have had an incredible experience working with Lifestyles Rental Services! I have worked closely with Katherine and Kay and they have been SO responsive and so accommodating to everything for us! We moved across the country into one of their properties and they have made the process so smooth and have been so kind. We had a couple of maintenance requests when we first moved in and Katherine was on top of them right away and got it all taken care of! Their online system is very user friendly as well. We've loved our experience! Thank you!

I've rented from them for six years. Since my husband passed away two years ago they barely respond to work orders. Most recently I had a sewer backup on a Friday night and they responded Monday afternoon. I had to call a plumber to fix it Saturday morning. I paid for it out of my pocket and they won't reimburse me for it. I cleaned all the sewage up. They haven't sent anyone to fix the laminate flooring from the sewage backup or other items broken in my house I've reported. My front door lock was broken and reported last December but no one has come to fix it. They are by far the worst company I have ever rented from. They don't return calls, texts or answer their doors in the office. They say make an appointment but they don't answer calls or call you back so you can meet with them. Do not rent from them. They are not responsive or professional.

I had nothing but good things to say about kay when renting however after living in this property almost two years now I have nothing good to say about the PM company. They don’t return calls they tell the companies to not tell tenants what is wrong with the property. And leave things broke with no response and when they do respond via text they say you have to schedule a call back. WTH is that…. Update as if 10/2023… I would not recommend this management company to anyone. They don’t return calls they don’t fix things in a timely manner. They are also ridiculous to deal with when any issues arise. Even the owner of the property finally smartened up and found a new management company to handle his properties. I would say if given the chance DO NOT RENT FROM
OR DEAL WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They are glorified scam artist. They don’t fix anything properly or completely.

I have rented with multiple companies over the years and lifestyles has been by far the worst property management company I have ever used. Homeowners I would never trust them with my property. They couldn’t even do a proper inspection and walkthrough on the house before handing over the keys so we moved into a unit with partially patched walls, it was filthy dirty, there was unflushed bowels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and the ac unit doesn’t work. I put in a request 3 days ago and didn’t get a response from the company until I threatened lawyers. I’m very pregnant and can’t even stay in the unit because of how hot and uncomfortable it is. I work as a service provider for a living and I’ve never seen such horrible customer service. They’re also appointment only and when I showed up to my appointment it too 3 phone calls and waiting 20 minutes before anyone let me in. I could keep going but I think you get the idea. No matter how appealing the property might be if lifestyles is managing it don’t waste your time.

I put a post up a few weeks ago. I don't rent from them but my ex husband does. If you having issues with anything in their property. They will resolve the problem. I know they are renting out property for homeowners. So just be patient it's not them. It's the property manager. Lifestyle rental services is just the middle man. They will service all your needs. Be patient and communicate with them.
