LIFETIME AIR, LLC, Cape Coral FL

After a bad experience with another ac repair company I called Lifetime Air and they were able to get my ac working again in no time. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their system repaired or replaced.

Have had Lifetime Air install 3 hvac units in different properties that I own if an issue should arise they are there to take care of it.

Jason was punctual. Very professional and patient. The AC was in a tight closet, but after some persistence, he was able to remedy the problem.

All was great durning new install. Problem occurred when we needed service. They “disowned” us because after the hurricane our HOA replaced our condensers. Lifetime would not service us any longer! Joe was belligerent to my husband when he called for service. Said they only work on their own units.

Price gouging I was charged $750 on 10/3 for warranty work, $539 in May For warranty work on a system that was brand new in March 2019. Customer beware and the people in the office are nasty

We had AC installed in Fort Myers Beach by Lifetime Air. Now after the hurricane Ian repair was necessary and Lifetime Air tells me they are not working on Fort Myers Beach anymore! This is the problem when you work with "a man and a truck" company. I learned my lesson.

Jason was terrific! He called to say he was on his way. He asked that we remove some items from the area he had to work in as he didn't want anything to get dirty. He told us what to expect and how long it would take. He cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for better service!
