Dr T is really great, he takes the time to sit and explain everything so you get a very good understanding of his diagnosis and next steps. They give excellent customer service and have flexible hours, and will work with you to schedule your appointment.

They office very clean and nice. The staff is amazing and Dr. Thayli takes his time and explains everything going on with my eyes. It’s rare to great doctors

I had a great experience! Staff was friendly and nice. Dr. Benjamin was friend and welcoming. I loved how he explained my eye condition using the technology or should I say screen on the wall where he can write/draw on the screen to make you see and understand better. I was not rushed, he took his time and help pick out my glasses. I recommend Lifetime Vision and Eye Care

I have been to Lifetime Vision and Eye Care a handful of times over the last year. Dr. Thayil and his staff are great each time I visit and provide minimal wait times, if any wait at all. He is very knowledgeable and really takes his time to listen to the patient and discuss the condition and potential treatment options. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby; the staff were very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and returned in a few days, the staff were still just as friendly as the first day I met them. From the receptionist to the Optometrist everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Lifetime Vision if you are looking for a Optometrist Office. OMG! They have a area (Step & Repeat) to take pics with your new glasses. I'll definitely take pics with my new glasses.

The staff are still super nice, they are professional knowledgeable about everything concerning your eye care. The lobby is so well maintained, has a boutique feel. Dr. Thayil will ensure you have the best eye care; he explains everything so you feel at ease and understand every test. Any concerns you have, he listens and gives you his well of knowledge as well as shows you interactive charts which definitely helps. If you're looking for a great Optometrist and staff. Give them a call.

Excellent vision & eye care. I have been a client for years. Dr. Benjamin is thorough and uses the best equipment. Everyone is professional, clean environment and good rapport with the client. Simply phenomenal!
