We have had a good experience working with Lightspeed Voice. Customer service has been great throughout the set up.

I had some additional questions so I called in to their service unit and was very impressed with the skill sets of the individual I spoke with as he gave me the information I needed and also provided options which I felt were above and beyond what I had expected. The system and service we receive from Lightspeed is incredible! We don't have many issues, but occasionally need guidance or system changes, which they resolve for us without issue and so fast! On a side note, Lightspeed is HEAVILY involved in giving back and serving in the community they service. They not only deliver wonderful service, but also are invested in helping their community flourish!
