Liki Tiki Village, Winter Garden FL

Four years ago I went to liki tiki resort I was happy with the place but when i went back this year last week It was discussing the place is full of roaches, beds has hair from previous guests, toilets are from the 60's and hardly able to get up from. The stuff in the placeis no it make smell old as you walk in. No excitement the place needs to be remodel and I brought it out to the front desk the person didn't seem to care much don't waste your money and ruin your vacation look for something that is worth your time and money. My family was very disappointed.

Amazingg we have been here several times.we love the 2 bedroom townhouses they are so clean and make you feel right at home.many amenities my kids love it. Good drinks and food

My stay is usually enjoyable. This was the worst experience ever. I was very disappointed.

We stayed here in early October 2021. Facility was clean and well maintained. Our room was great and as advertised. On site gym, pools, paddle boats, mini golf were all great. We were very happy with our stay.

We have a 2 floors villa and there is so much space. 2 rooms, master has a king size bed, 2 twins and a full size pullout couch. Full kitchen, outdoor sitting, 2nd floor deck. Very clean. About 3 mons drive to Aldi, Publix and 7 Eleven. Great family place

We were there for 10 nights, when we first got to our room we were very disappointed that our balcony room had no view at all due to over grown trees butted rt up to the balcony, we called the office to switch rooms and were told we couldn't due to no rooms aviable so we talked to the manager Jose and he moved us to a much better room with a balcony view no questions asked! He was wonderful very accommodating we had a great time there everything was great only thing we wished was that the pool bar was open until at least 11pm! Came back from the parks at 9 to relax and have a couple drinks in the evening to unwind and the bar was closed so that was a bummer next time we will bring drinks

The hotel staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The activities for the children were great. They had a full schedule each day with an assortment if things to do from make slime to taco Tuesday and beyond. The townhouse we started in was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Covid safe? NO, our room was not cleaned properly. Bath room had USED toothbrush’s in it. Our balcony had cigarette butts everywhere. Kitchen was nasty and had sugar ants all over the counter and fridge. They just offered to send housekeeping up “sometime that day” we asked for another room as we did not want to wait around and waste even more of our time. We were given another room and this one was not much better but not wanting to keep moving all our stuff we just dealt with it and cleaned it ourselves.

Game room: half the games were broken and smelt like spoiled milk. Paddle boats: our steering broke during use and took all our might to get back to the dock

On site food: They were “out” of small sized pizza so had to pay more for a large. It was under cooked and tasted like cardboard. Chicken tenders were dry and had no taste

On site employees: They owned the roads they would park side by side and talk blocking you from driving through and would not watch where they were going and almost ran me over once when walking and another almost hit the side of my car when driving.

We used this location during our stay at Disney. Close enough drive to the parks but this resort needs some work. The rooms are dated but our biggest complaint was the slamming of doors and people drunk and yelling outside half the night. Stayed 3 nights and was the same each night. This was out of season as well not just spring breakers.

Nice vacation spot. Updated units. Close to everything outside the resort. And the resort itself has a lot of things do from pools to water slides and much more.

When we showed up didnt realize they had a 300 deposit that was not even given back. First room was not what was shown when booking. They did move us but with an attitude. The 2nd room we got had no plug in tub mold in the towel holder bars the sinks were rusted out the washing machine had nasty dirt all around the upper rim the room felt damp the patio door out back was broken looking and the blinds were dirty. The water park was very nice but the rooms ruined it as well as the staff in the office. Will not be going back there

Clean, quiet, and great for kids. Our son loved the water park they have.

Best bang for your buck. The facilities need a makeover. The kids pool is falling apart I mean you can see the cracked diamond brite in multiple areas.
