This was THE MOST AMAZING dentist I have ever been to for my son. Hes always had to see a sedation dentist and it was beautiful to see how they calmed him down and got him to go through with the cleaning. My son has autism and I highly reccomend you take your child here if they have special needs or are just scared. Im so happy to know we finally have a dentist to go to with no worried

I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to get us in Wednesday morning. The staff was wonderful. My little one is not cooperative but they really handled him well. I’m very grateful for that. The doctor was super compassionate and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Will be returning.

I found Dr. Botero through another dentist that was overbooked as a referral. I always do my research before I go somewhere new especially when it comes to my kids. From the initial call to make the appointment, to the customer service in between leading up to our appointment, to the 1st appointment, and even after the service is SUPERB! My daughter is 9 and had an accident a few weeks ago and knocked out most of her 2 permanent front teeth; down to the nerve. We did not have the teeth as it happened in a pool and we could not recover them. It took my 3 weeks to find some I could trust to restore her confidence. I am 10000% satisfied with the work this office does. The wait time to be seen is maybe 5-10 minutes IF THAT (I’ve been twice within a week) Also I must add this office is 50 minutes from my home and I’d drive here every year for my kids annual visits going forward. You will not be disappointed if you select this dentist and her staff! See the pics below (the last pic is 5 mins after the work)

The entire staff was very helpful and Melissa especially went the extra mile to take care of us! I highly recommend this dentist.

The technician was awesome with my 2 year old. He was happy throughout the ex rays and cleaning. Took another 30 minutes after we were done with the cleaning before the dentist came in to look at ex rays and his teeth. Ridiculous amount of time for a 2 year to have to sit around waiting. He was impatient and getting upset.

My baby’s first dentist appointment was overly successful! Everyone is so sweet! From the time you walk in the trust and rapport is built from the whole staff and I’m just in awe with with the interior decor and staff decorum! We’ve found our forever dentist! I love this dentistry for my daughter. My 18m old is very squirmy and they are very patient.

Great experience, the dentist and hygienist were amazing! So friendly and really made my son comfortable. It was his first time coming to the dentist and he left smiling and excited to use his new stuff he got in his goody bag. Highly recommend this office! They even have TVs on the ceiling so the kids can watch their favorite show while they get their teeth cleaned

I won’t take my son anywhere else! They are so amazing with him. He’s never scared to go to the dentist. All of the staff are friendly and caring!

We like the Front desk Lady however as soon as the older lady dentist steps into the patient room you feel tention and a person that is trying too hard to sound like a nice person. We do not recommend this office unless you leave right by it and there's no other options.

Dr. Botero & her staff is AMAZING! She is caring, patient, and so KIND. I felt the amazing customer service since we walked through the door. Everyone is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them & Dr. Botero you will not regret it!

What a wonderful experience it was today. I called in hopes to get an appointment for my son within the week and to my surprise, they were able to see him within the hour as a new patient. The staff was sweet, the doctor was as well. Very personable, accommodating and caring. The office is decorated so cute and fun. They have tvs mounted on the ceiling to entertain (distract) the kids. We arrived at 9: 58 and were out by 10: 45. Very impressed with the practice and relieved to find a great office nearby.
