We are presently looking at home in the community. We called the office for information on the reserve and down payment requirement. The woman Janet who answered the phone was very RUDE and not helpful. It's was shocking that the first experience with this community was so awful

People are doing a fine job of renovating the inside of their places but the community does not keep up with the landscaping and outsides of the buildings. The guard gate is a disgrace. It is literally broken down
