They will let you die before sending your supplies! My husband has had a feeding tube for 10 days now and has lost 10 lbs due to no feeding bag received from Lincare. I have been calling for days and getting the run around. The Dr. Said if he loses more weight they will have to discontinue is radiation and chemo treatments! They also sent the wrong syringes to flush his tube so I'm forced to use the same one the hospital gave us when he had the surgery to get the port put in. I can't believe this company they are horrible!

I must give Lincare of Daytona Beach, FL kudos. Over the years they have been my provider of medical supplies. Yesterday, however, I had an issue that was impacting my well-being. I called and explained the problem and Thomas agreed to see me right away. During my visit, the staff was very professional and welcoming. Thomas listened to my problem and provided several alternatives to solve the situation, offering his professional recommendation. He went above the call of duty! Then today, to my surprise, Thomas called me to determine whether his solution had worked to my satisfaction. This is just extraordinary and I thank him and the staff of Lincare!

This center is actually on Taylor Way in S. Daytona. Thomas, the RT was friendly, helpful and attentive. He provided a variety of mask options for my CPAP machine. I was able to pick a mask that is more comfortable than the one I've been using for the past 5 years. Great service. Thanks, Thomas!

All I can say about is, dealing with Thomas was the smartest thing I've ever done for my sleeping habits. Lincare and Thomas have taken care of me 100% since day 1. Although I had a trouble with the billing department when I moved from NewJersey to Florida, took them a while to catch on that I was the same person but other than that dealing with Thomas and only Thomas at Lincare Daytona Beach Florida, was the smartest thing I've ever done. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and knows how to take care of customers or clients or patients. I always thought he was the general manager of that location but apparently he is not. He should be for being as good at what he does as he is. Thank you Thomas thank you Lincare

I am writing a review for my aunt who is an oxygen patient for Lincare. She travels from Ky to Fl pretty regularly. I want to express the great care she receives from Daytona Beach Lincare. Both service techs provided timely delivery and went out of their way to explain anything she asked. I would refer Lincare Daytona beach to anybody!

Lincare has consistently proven my mother with excellent care. The field personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. They call before each visit as a courtesy so my mother won’t be upset about a knock on the door. Excellent in customer care. Thank You!

I am a new oxygen patient. After reading previous reviews I was hesitant to use Lincare as my provider. So far I have been pleased with their service. In home set up was done in a timely manner and the technician was knowledgeable. I have gone to their office on two occasions and both times the staff members have been very pleasant and helpful.

Very rude, don’t believe the patient, even the respiratory technician was rude, says to much paper work to fill out, pure laziness.

Followed up timely. Met with me as soon as my machine was approved (not their fault took weeks). Taught me how to use and track my sleep. I am excited to see how this goes. Lincare took good care of me.

Started CPAP in April. Have had to call them every month for supplies. I am on auto ship. Office people are OK. Supply line sucks.

They put a hold on my account so I couldn't get any new supplies. The reason there was a hold they told me was because the Supervisor didn't put my information in the system. So even tho it wasn't my fault, I have been forced to wait 2 months to get replacement supplies. I can't say the people there are rude, but they sure aren't helpful.

The pits.all of these medical supply companies in the area are atrocious. Watch the billing. Trying to straighten out bill on hold for 28 minutes as i wight this review!

No way to leave 0 or negative stars!
Please save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people.
I have been trying to get my CPAP which is 6 years old replaced.
I called the Pulmonologist and they had sent the orders to Lincare.
So I called Lincare they couldn't find my orders then they actually looked and found it.
I'm faxing it over now Hon April said.
Waited a week.nothing so I called back. "Oh here are your orders I will send them of right away you should hear something in a couple of days.
Waited a week.nothing so I called again. " Hon you didn't specify what kind of mask you wanted so the insurance kicked it out". So I told her What kind of mask I wanted.
"OK you should hear from us in a couple days"
Waited a week. Nothing so I called back yet again.
"Oh hey Hon let me check on that.on hold. Oh yeah here is your paper work I'll put that in right now you should hear from us in a couple days.
Waited A Week. Nothing! I called Back "OK Hon here is your paperwork bluecross blue shield denied your CPAP". "Maam I dont Have Blue Cross insurance". "Oh I need the model # and serial # off of your CPAP to see if it can be repaired"
I'm sorry they are so inept its unfathomable! How they are in business I have no Idea no follow up or follow through.

My doctor's office advised me that once they put you on non-renewed (I was having to purchase my own supplies since my ins co.would not.got a bit expensive), they will throw away your orders.my order has been sent twice and they are well aware that my machine has been broken for over 3 months.never return calls either!

I am an asthmatic and my old nebulizer broke. My husband brought over the prescription to the Holly Hill office. He wrote our new address and phone number on the back of the script as directed by the manager. He was told that a nebulizer might be delivered that night. The next day I called and was told there was no script at the office. My demographics page had not been updated from the info my husband had given the manager the day before. I was told that they needed notes from the doctor and would contact him as soon as they hung up from talking to me. Day 3, same run around. I called my doctor and stayed on the line while they faxed over the information at 9: 30 am. Day 4, the staff stated that they never received any notes from the doctor. When I told the woman on the line that I new notes had been sent, she miraculously remembered that she had seen the notes but had to get auths from the insurance company. I had been told on day 2 that the insurance information would be processed that very day and that as soon as they had notes from the doctor the nebulizer would be delivered.
My husband went to the office where he was told that they didn;t have any notes from the doctor. My husband took the prescription that they "didn't have" with our new home demographics written on the back to Holly Hill Pharmacy and purchased the nebulizer. I'm not wheezing now and can actually talk without coughing. Shame on Lincare staff.

We have changed medical supply providers due to the horrible customer service. My husband has been trying for over a month to get his sleep apnea machine reset and to get some new supplies. He has had multiple callbacks from the same individual each time telling him they have to have internal prior approval for a new machine. Each time he tells them, he doesn't need a new machine just reset the one he has. He has gone through this over and over and can't seem to make her understand. He is going with another supplier and when LINCARE heard this they said they would expedite. They should've done that several calls ago. Fed up with this company. Wish we could rate them a 0 instead of a 1.

My experience with Lincare has been horrible beyond measures. They never gave me my sons nebulizer until 6 months later after i went and picked it up myself. They claim they forgot. Then all of a sudden i started getting $500 bills and now i am @ $900. I have called there 800 # that deals with billing spoke to supervisers, managers ect. They keep claiming they make notes on the account and when it is resolve that they will call me back that was a year and a half ago. Still waiting on them. My next step and suing the crap out of them for being stupid. And not keeping intouch with there clients. I have never recieved not one phone call from them. I have to wait am hour on the phone for someone to pick up. I do not recommend them to anyone. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

My wife and I had planned a weekend to celebrate our anniversary called lincare ahead of time and ordered 4 tanks, got only2 had to take my big concentrator so I would have enough oxygen, no sightseeing, got home and had to call about insurance, said my insurance wasn't covered so I told them to pick up the equipment, still have it a year later, they want over $300 from me, pick up the equipment and we are even.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SCREWED YOU!
