I just had my car repaired here at Lincoln! What an amazing experience! I dropped my car off and got a loaner at no cost. It took a couple of days to get the repair completed. I went to 2 other dealerships and they could figure out what was wrong with my car. THESE GUYS DID! Fernando Doylet is an honest, straight forward Service Advisor! Thank you so much Fernando. Coconut Creek Lincoln is a great dealership for sales and service. You don't spend all day there when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. You are seen at your appt time for service. Everything is explained fully. Waiting times are reasonable for service and sales. I recommend them highly.

Even after telling them over and over I could not take calls because I was at work and to not call me during certain hours, they continue to do so. Even after telling them the car I was originally interested in was not worth it and too high compared to others of the same caliber, they kept calling, DURING WORK HOURS. Even after they said they could not come down on teh price, they kept calling. Even after I asked them to take me off their call list, I do not want to buy from them, they called four times in one MORNING, DURING WORK HOURS. It is down right harassing. I would NEVER buy a car from them.

UPDATE 5-9-23 They still have not contacted me despite me reaching out multiple times. Avoid this place like the plague!

I recently purchased a Honda accord from Lincoln of Coconut creek despite multiple calls and messages left for Jeff they have still not refunded me the balance of the shipping fee I paid to have the car delivered to Texas. I paid 1,450 and the shipping fee was only 900. I was told I would recieve the balance and it has still not been sent after multiple calls and emails. If they make it right I will update this review. Today's date is 4-19-23.

I sent my contact information to them as requested on 4-23-23, I will continue to update as needed.

Nobody has reached out as of yet, it is 8pm on 4-24-23

It is almost midnight on 4-26-23 and still no one has reached out to me

Never will I ever use Infiniti and Lincoln of Coconut Creek I had the worst experience ever Mechanic took my car home they scratched my car the interior of my car was full of Mechanic oil. They has had it for almost if not 2 months. I can go on.

Beware. Sold me accident vehicle after multiple employees confirmed car had not been in accident. Vehicle has significantly less value and dealership uninterested in correcting

Terrible customer service by the vehicle service department.
Booked for a pick up. They didn't show up. Called three times, transferred to many people, had to explain all over again and again. They promised to call back. No one called. I called to follow up, the same circle started again. I am stacked and regrated to use Lincoln. My next car would definitely be something else.

The process of buying a vehicle was very good. I purchased a vehicle while out of state from Frank, who was very responsive throughout the sales process. He'd respond to calls and texts within seconds or minutes. The process of picking up the vehicle was flawless too.

But once you drive off the lot, good luck ever getting help from this dealership again. They were supposed to have ordered Illinois plates and these were to have arrived in the mail, but now it's two months later. I've been transferred to the "Finance" and the "Tax and Title" depts dozens of times now and have left numerous voicemails, and nobody will call me back. The front desk lady can't or won't get a human manager or anyone on the phone to help. I've had to drive around with expired temp Florida plates now twice, and I've put hours of my own time into trying to just get people on the phone that can help. This is an insanely frustrating experience considering I spent $125k on a vehicle. Not exactly what you expect when paying for a premium product.

Very bad customer service, do not recommend. Wasted a lot of my time and ultimately money. Another frustrating example of how nobody can do what they say they're going to do, return phone calls or follow up on anything. Very sad that Pompano Lincoln closed, they were a rare example of competence. Have been trying to schedule an oil change, routine maintenance and recall service for literally months, and they have strung me along so long that my maintenance package expired. I don't even want to work with Lincoln anymore, it's enough to make me want to get rid of my otherwise nice car. I've had to deal with 4 different dealerships in the year and a half I've had this car because they can't even keep a dealership open. Think twice.

Awesome sales and service experience. Everyone at the dealership was sooooo helpful. Denni, Shai and Dominick are awesome service guys. They help me setup my car and showed me a few tricks. Shai showed me how to dock my phone and put everything together. Such a pleasure….

Marvin Saunders is a extremely knowledgeable Product Specialist. He's expertise made our choices more enjoyable and less stressful.
