I have been going there fir years, it is a few hours drive for me but the food is fantastic.

Omg the best, the waiter and staff was excellent. We had a delicious dinner, with our friends. Can't rave enough about how great the food was. Prices are reasonable.

We noticed on our bill that we were charged extra for using a credit card to pay the bill. Accepting credit cards has always been the responsibility of a restaurant. We will not return to any restaurant that has this policy. What's next? Home Depot penalizing for using a credit card? The restaurant adding a charge for an increase on their electric bill?

Nice place, elegant, staff really friendly and attentive. Excellent food. Prices more than fair.

This was one of our favorite places for atmosphere and good Italian food. We recently visited for my mothers birthday and the staff was not friendly, felt rushed. We waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived this was not the same place the food was not good. What a disappointment. We will not be back.

Nice atmosphere, friendly servers, and good cuisine. The house salad dressing was amazing and my angel hair primavera really good. The only thing that didn't amaze me was their special butter for the bread. We dined out on the patio and it was extremely relaxing. I would definitely return next time we're in the area.

You'll find comfort here if you speak Italian! A perfect place if you find yourself traveling across Rt 60 from Gulf to Atlantic. No "Americanized" dishes here. We've tried most of the dinner menu and I give a special thumbs-up to those with both chicken & sausage. I'm not joking: the "roasted pepper soup" makes a great appetizer, get spoons for everyone to try it! A decent wine list, and you can rely on the wait staff to offer recommendations. We always find couples in the front room chatting & eating as if the day has no end. The back side holds larger groups with direct access from kitchen to table. We've taken family here so we know they can accommodate it. No reservations needed but we always phone ahead for our family party of 7 just to give them a heads-up. Enjoy!

Very disappointed with dining experience for a special occasion. Service was not up to expectations. Dirty dishes were not removed from the table when food arrived. Chicken parmigiana was over cooked, burnt around the edges and very dried out. Offer to replace the dish was made after rest of party had finished eating and charged full price for meal!

The food was perfection all the way around. The calamari cooked to crisp perfection, the bruschetta melts in your mouth, chicken francaise perfectly cooked. We entertained 5 friends and all were over the moon on how good everything was. Cannot wait to return! Ps shout out to the staff who were awesome!

$50 for 3 pizzas that were terrible. Tasted like frozen pizza that I could’ve got myself and cooked at home from the grocery store. Never again.

I am obsessed with their house dressing so I always order a.salad. Their pizza, of which I've had the large thin crust and the thicker small pizza, is tasty. Hubby liked his salmon a lit.shrimp cocktail was perfectly cooked and chilled.brushetta with goat cheese is a nice.variation but I like mine on a thinner crostini than.the thick bread they use. And oh.an added plus.two types of bread with home made hummus!

Atmosphere was excellent, food was the best I've had. If you're willing to pay for a great meal and wonderful time, I highly recommend it.

Best Italian food in ALL of Polk County. I have been to Italy, twice, and L'incontro is the most authentic & delicious I've eaten since returning. Best kept secret in Polk County. Very clean inside & out, curb side is quick & easy, and staff is always friendly and professional. Kudos and keep it up.

Really bizarre service - we placed our orders and were prompted to order more. We seemed to be an afterthought, but then another party came in and they got full service and were told the specials, etc. The food was decent but I don't think it was worth the price. I've had better experiences at this restaurant than this most recent one, but regardless, it's not a place I would go out of my way to visit.

Relaxing romantic elegant atmosphere. Good food. Good staff. My favorite restaurant in Lake Wales. Its clean! Delightful. Delicious.

Always a great dining experience an excellent food! I had the grilled salmon with a lemon wine caper sauce that was absolutely delicious.

Great little place! I enjoyed the food and the service by Danielle. I will be back! Also to note, compliments to the person who makes the bar area sparkly shiny, as a retired bartender from Vegas I appreciated it. If you need a service bartender, with a different joke, and a full bar drinking overpriced cocktails, I'm you're guy! Call me. I think I can come out of retirement for dinner hours.
