My therapeutic journey with Linda began several years ago. During this time, she has facilitated my work through many issues and topics; anxiety, boundaries, codependency, depression, divorce, family, parenting (co-parenting) to name a few. I would not be where I am today if not for walking into Linda’s office the first time. After seeing her regularly, I am finding it easier to be true to myself - something I struggled with for so long.

Linda is much more than just a “nice cheerleader”. She takes the time to truly listen; maintaining eye contact, summarizing what I’ve said, asking for clarification when needed. She asks the hard questions and because my thoughts and feelings are received and validated in a judgment free zone, I feel like I can say anything. She has earned my trust.

My work with Linda continues outside our sessions. She is an educator; explaining exercises, reasoning, and symptoms in lay terms. She asks questions to ensure I understand the information being conveyed. Linda recommends readings, encourages journaling, and I always leave a session with something to think about or prepare for next time. Having practiced for years in the local community she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to referrals for other providers when appropriate.
