I’ve been a Kubota customer for a few years now and the customer service at Linder Turf & Tractor in Bradenton Florida is the best that I’ve ever experienced.
Parts department is.
Online parts department is.
Service department is.
Sales department is.
All the employees are kind and knowledgeable about the brand.

Had a problem with my tractor. Made the appointment and Michael Lynady showed up at my ranch. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had the tractor fixed ASAP. Great job!

Bought MY KUBOTA a few years back now from Cory. BTW Best investment for a back and knee saver! Regularly do my own maintenance as close to the schedule as possible. YEP! That time again and once again the parts department has provided real customer service for the parts I needed.now where did that 10mm socket roll off to? LOL Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service! I drove all the way from plant city to have my rtv 900 looked at under the 2-3 day time frame that I was told by Tim. I called 5 different times over the next 3 weeks trying to get answers as to what’s going on. Every time I was told something different and that someone would call me back later that day. No one would ever call me back. Finally after 3 weeks Tim calls me and says that have $500 in diag work and it’s going to need an additional $500 to finish diagnosing the machine. I was originally told it would be $200-$300. I told Tim I do not wish to move forward and put anymore money into diag. They decided to dive further into it anyways. Quoted me over $5200 to repair the transmission. After I then said absolutely not, I’m coming to get it. He then insults me with saying he can have a salesman call me to buy a new unit. I’ll never do business here again. I drove my machine off the trailer when I dropped it off and now it doesn’t move at all. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay money for someone to make your machine worse and waste your time.

I was very lucky to have sales experience from Jeff Anderson. Unfortunately, I interrupted his lunch and I did ask him to go ahead and eat his lunch, but fortunately he refused and decided to help me instead of eating his lunch.
We went outside and looked at 3-different tractors according to my needs and what all I was going to do.along with the front bucket, 5' Bush Hog and the 5' Rear Blade.
He took his time and priced all (3) of the tractors separately with the necessary components. Well, I've presented all (3) to my wife for the go ahead on which one?
I'll be happy to share as soon as she makes up her mind.

Mitch at Linder organized a new machine, helped us through the finance process, got us a fair trade-in price for our old (non Kubota) machine, and we had our new vehicle in just 48 hours. Outstanding service - thank you.

Linder Tractor has been amazing to work worth with. Mitch Riley was a pleasure and got us the tractor we wanted and we were so happy we came back and got our side by side from him as well. Linder Tractor is super helpful and responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend them and do yourself a favor and go see Mitch.

Business does not treat their customers correctly trying to charge for work that hasn’t even been done do not recommend to bring your tractor here

Horrible customer service. I bought a $5000 tractor 5 months ago and took in in for a routine service, new tires and a few different parts replaced. The tractor ran and drove perfectly fine, I just wanted to get a few things tuned up. After a month of my tractor being at Linder i was finally quoted $14,000 in parts alone, not including labor or tires. Considering I only spent $5k on the tractor I told the service manager Tim that this was not going to work and I needed the bill to come down before I approve of the work. It has now been almost 4 months and after calling almost every week to check on the status of things and ask for an itemized bill, I finally just received the itemized bill this month and guess what… the price is still $14000 in parts alone. I call very regularly and almost every time I get the same “we will get to it this week” from Tim. Nothing has happened in the past 4 months that it has sat out in the sun at Linder and every single time I call, all I get are more lies from Tim that he’s going to email me a revised bill or that they will call me back and that has NEVER happened. Don’t waste your time here. Unless you’re a big corporate company I guess youre just not worth linders time, would’ve been nice to know that 4 months ago but here we are. Save yourselves the trouble/money and find someone local like I am now doing. Oh and to really just make this all one big joke, Tim said he will still be charging me when I pick my tractor up this Friday… DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BUSINESS!
