AC was running poorly. Guy came out, he says I need to replace the entire ac unit (14 years old). He said my coolant was low and dirty coils. I said lets try adding coolant and clean coils first.he said "my company wouldn't want to do that"

Ok sent him on his way. I grabbed a wet dry vac after looking it up on YouTube and cleared my drain pipe and it's been running perfectly since.smh.

Very professional, courteous, and well informed. Answered all our questions. Work was performed and completed shorter period of time than expected. (So far) Very pleased with the service. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new a/c.

My experience with Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing has been excellent. I purchased my central A/C unit from them in 2010 as well as a tankless water heater. The units are still running smoothly. Regular maintenance has been thorough. The few out of schedule urgent maintenance calls were handled quickly regardless of the day or hour. Technicians have all been courteous and thorough. I would recommend Lindstrom for equipment purchase and service on your A/C & plumbing.

Technician Lind 162, Joe Cousino, was wonderful and very attentive. He explained everything and took his time to explain our options, and knows what he is doing! We want him back next time- please!

Dave # 191 was an outstanding technician. His customer service and attention to the problems exceeded expectations. He explained the issues to me in a clear and understandable way. He is a loyal employee to Lindstrom and a someone whom I would want to work with again.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. All of their technicians try to sell you unnecessary upgrades, and get an attitude if you decline. I had them put in a new unit 2 1/2 years ago, and have needed 3 repairs. Every time it has been some elaborate explaination on how it’s somehow our fault the unit needs another repair. Apparently you can’t own dogs, and plan on having an ac unit. The design of the house is not ideal. We have been in their “maintenance plan” but it doesn’t cover labor so you still pay hundreds every visit. Don’t try to speak to a supervisor cause they aren’t available either. Absolutely no customer service.

I purchased my current A/C system from Lindstrom in 2004 and they have been maintaining it ever since. The original installation went very well. I keep it on a maintenance contract and they keep it in great shape. Still works great! Their techs are good and the company is always responsive to repairs or other issues over all these years!

Sadly, my experience with Lindstrom Plumbing was not a good one. The customer service was terrible and communication the pits. It felt like they were doing me a favor by installing my plumbing. The ads say a "family business for 40 yrs", I hope the family reads this review.

Mark did very well and every thing is fine with the A/C. I am very pleased with the service I received. Mark was prompt and took care of everything.

Sammie was very personable, professional, and knows what he’s doing. Lindstrom is lucky to have a person like him.

Ryan Amato showed up on time, I received a call before he came telling me he was on the way and everyone was very professional and did everything they said they would. Ryan explained what was wrong and that it all was under warranty. Great experience.

I can highly recommend Lindstrom Air. We had our install a couple weeks ago. Alejandro, Victor and Richard did a great job and very thorough install. Steve came by that day to check everything and also followed up today, as one of the UV lights had gone out. Ernesto came 3 days later to perform a checklist to make sure all was as it should be. We are very happy with the Trane unit and service we have received.

LIndstrom installed a system in my mother's condominium. About a year later, the unit began to freeze up from the inside. Lindstrom honored their service contract and sent technicians to solve the problem. Unfortunately, many fixes didn't work, requiring subsequent technician visits. Finally, a technician named Ryan found the cause. The motor had an incorrect factory default configuration that did not match the A/C tonnage.

So, it took a couple of months, but Lindstrom consistently honored its warranty and service contract, with prompt technician responses.

Always great customer service and feel as though I’m not being taken advantage of. We now use lindstrom for both our AC & plumbing and couldn’t be happier!

Great service found a leak in my 2 year old system was a bad coil came out on a Sunday and replaced it the techs are very nice and cleaned up after themselves my aunt has same company for years truly recommended

I was waiting in line for more than 28 minutes to get to a customer service and the authomatic systen was telling me I was 3 in line and my waiting time was 18 minutes. No one answered the phone ever. Terrible service or a phone scam. Very disappointed!

I had my 6th month scheduled maintenance yesterday with Milton Fletcher (LIND203) and I could not be more pleased. He took the time to explain any issues thoroughly. He was a complete professional and I was very impressed. He had a great attitude and was very personable. Milton and Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing gets my highest endorsement of excellence.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough. I learned so much from him and the service he provided exceeded my expectations greatly! So much so, that it was worth getting up at 8: 30am on Sunday (Which was an appointment I was so happy and shocked to be able to get that quickly)!
