4Very slow people. Doors open since 3: 50 pm with the reefer engine running. Now it’s 5: 00 pm and they still don't get into my trailer. Reefer killers!
Maybe I misread the sign that says check in before backing into a dock. But disregard that. You have to be backed into a dock before they’ll fully check you in and let them know what dock you’re in. Took them about 2.5 hours to load me. Also turn in through the north entrance. It’ll be easier. They let pickup trucks park in the docks too to get loaded. I suggest having them park on the ramp and leave the docks for the semis and box trucks so trucks aren’t waiting partially in the way when it gets crowded.
No parking, 10am appointment, been on the dock since 10: 30am and it’s 15: 00 now.
Update: Checked out 16: 45
People are rude, plus they're slow. Appointment was 2pm and now it's 5pm and counting and still not loaded yet. Ridiculous!
