Worst company to deal with. If you need help no place to go for help. Do not waste your money with this company. Their server is down for more than 48 hours and customers are loosing business but they don’t care. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

1st time I ever posted a review in my life. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am in business 11 years. They are completely incompetent and worse than that, they act as if they are right. Purchased POS system 2 years ago…it still hasn’t been installed after 3 attempts. I spent over $30,000 on the equipment and software. In fact, I’m still financing it. Today was the last straw. I advised their installation expert to put my old system back and the now 2 year old equipment will be discarded. Normally I would try and sell it but I wouldn’t want to hurt someone with this subpar product. Stay away from this company…very far away

We have been using LINGA for over 3 years now. I love it! It is very user friendly & I have practically built my system myself, that's how user friendly it is. We own a winery & we have incorporated a pizzeria into our business as well. Oh, and we have a bed & breakfast too. All of my business is on LINGA. It keeps track of everything for me. I highly recommend LINGA to any business owner. Especially a pizzeria! Check out their YouTube channel, with step-by-step instructions.

This organization lacks a tremendous amount of business acumen. It’s my belief that their solution is no more successful than any other POS in the market, at a higher cost as well. On top of that they lack an immense amount of respectful business acumen, along with an incredible lack of support for their clients, which has been a common complaint. If I was a potential employee looking for a company this is not the organization I would choose. Just my opinion and I do hope they fix these issues and find success, but without major changes I find it hard to see that happening.

I was a little hesitant about upgrading my system at first, but Jasmine, Layla and Micheal eased my mind quickly. I explained what I wanted the register to look like and what features were important to me. Each email, phone call or computer training call always left me feeling this team was here to help me in anyway. In the future I plan on expanding my business and will first go to Linga for all my POS needs. Thank you for all your continued support Scott Gandolph Owner Gotham's Deli

I replaced our Aloha system of 10 years with Linga, it was a little bit of learning curve but our system is fast, easy to add menu items and changes i make on the back office apply instantly on the POS units. Linga has all the bells and whistles, I like the online ordering function.it syncs with my menu.

Linga POS is a very affordable system not to mention very user friendly. I highly recommend this system and her to anyone looking to change systems or purchasing one for the first time. They also have a great support system overall. I chose to train, for the most part, through Linga's YouTube channel. If you haven't subscribed to their channel, I recommend doing so.

Found out about this company and had an interview for a role. First thing in the meeting, they used the phrase "What if you open a restaurant and sold empanadas". I guess is because I am Latin they used that phrase, imagine being of another ethnicity and being used samples like that in your interview from the hiring staff.

With many of my marketing clients being restaurants and chain hotels it was natural that i learned which are the best brands. While some places are stuck with legacy pos, others that are free to upgrde should def go with cloud-based pos. Linga is a local company, the owner is a local guy, went to school in FL. Their company is really cutting-edge, and highly competitive.
Either way, i have used the system and its great. The support guys, especially Yoandry are great as well. They always answer the call!

Stay away from this company. It is worth noting that the Linga contract contains a section prohibiting disparagement of Linga. This should have been a warning, the section is there to prevent burned customers from informing the world that Linga does not deliver on its commitments. Fortunately, I am not subject to these restrictions and can issue this warning.
A friend of mine purchased a Linga POS system, which they promised to customize to his individual needs (in my presence). Once the money was in hand, they did not deliver. It was clear that Linga's limited customization staff was assigned to projects which Linga felt had broader application to their future customers. Work on my friends project was sporadic. Linga never delivered a development road map and the individual they assigned changed constantly. There was delay after delay and after 11 months my friend returned the Linga equipment and asked for a refund.
The Linga contract states in two places that Linga will provide a full refund if it cannot deliver a functional system. Linga appears to believe that it are not subject to the terms of its own contract. Linga has used every sneaky way to avoid providing a refund including providing a settlement agreement that did not obligate them to pay, stating that a small Pennsylvania restaurant had to come to Florida to sue, etc. Warning, these are not honest players. Be warned, unless your business EXACTLY fits what Linga offers, you should run for the hills. Based on experience that I observed first hand, Linga will promise anything, but they will not deliver.
There are much better providers available. For example, Harbor Touch was able to get my friend a functional system in a matter of weeks.

I have worked with the Linga team during an install in the Dayton area. They have gone above and beyond in getting things to run the way the site I have been working with wants them to. Response time for support is astonishingly great. I look forward to continuing working with them in the future improving and growing this fine product.
