It was time for us to sell our condo in Palm Harbor after 12 years. Nick Acosta was our realtor when my father bought his condo and, sadly, he helped us sell that condo when my father passed away. When my father was trying to purchase a house, Nick was extremely helpful and was able to assist with the purchase of his condo working with me long distance. After my dad passed away, again Nick assisted long-distance to help get the condo sold. Nick has excellent communication skills. He let me know exactly what was going on. He offered recommendations. He was never pushy and we trusted him completely.

The few times we met, Nick was always there promptly when he said he would be there. Nick went above and beyond when he checked on the condo after a storm and even waiting at the condo when we were expecting someone to come pick up a hutch. He got us what we wanted for the condo and the closing process was very smooth.
