My last experience has been HORRIBLE and frustrated. They sold me an expensive package that was supposed to last for 9 months at least and the cost of the treatment was over $1,000.and in 2 months the product has dissolved on one side. I requested an appointment to correct it and the administrator told me that it was bad that I my body was not able to keep the product and they were not willing to fix that despite the amount of money I paid!: (

I sent numerous emails and phone calls and they totally ignore me and never had the courtesy of offering a solution. They only care about the new people and they are not capable to keep their old customers happy. If they would like to keep their customers happy they would offer a solution and work with you!

I end up going to a different place and had to pay again to fix it, so looks like the product they used was not the best as they promised.

I don't recommend you this place at all if they are not able to offer a solution DON'T go there! They are becoming so unreliable!

At the beginning people was very courteous and willing to help, but their staff and estheticians is always changing and you can never guess who will be doing your next treatment: (

Jessica, Roseanne and Moises took great care of me! This was my first IV at Liquivida and it was a million times better than the generic one I had at a med spa. I had a job interview the next day and the IV helped me to be on point.

Steer clear of this place! I went once about 2 years ago and was left with a horrible hematoma from Dysport injections (never bruised in the prior years.) I thought over the years they’d get better employees. Went again 2 weeks ago and got 100 units of Dysport. The same amount I’ve gotten every few months for 5 years now. It looks awful! It actually looks like I didn't have any injections at all. All of my forehead lines are back! The injector was Desiree. I called to complain, and they want me to pay for her to fix what she did wrong in the first place. This place should not be in business!

Had prp facial performed. Only thing it did for me was leave broken capillaries on my cheeks.terrible now I have to have laser. Not happy!

I went in for a DEXA bone scan. My Dr.said Heather Wright was an expert and the best. I was happy to go to a wellness spa instead of the hospital for the scan. I've had many. I drove an hour to this location. Front desk was not warm friendly or welcoming. Acted bothered and tossed a few forms at me. After waiting well past my appointment time Heather finally called me in. I told her my history and the challenges I've had. She acted compassionate but added "I'm surprised going through all that you haven't given up". Um what? ! Not encouraging or professional. After the scan she proceeded to give me really bad news, said she wasn't supposed to tell me, but pretend to act surprised when I talked to my doctor. Then she body shamed me for being thin (after already knowing I suffer from a sensitive stomach). Coldly told me to gain ten pounds and to forget reversing the bone loss. Which was considerable from my last scan and I was expecting with all I've been doing to gain bone very heartbreaking. She then said she was running behind due to earlier clients and had to go to her next client. This was all on a Saturday, so I was left alone to take this in all weekend. My Dr.who said she was great proceeded not to call me back for 4 business days which was truly upsetting. Heather's followup was again cold, gave NO HOPE and dismissive. She called herself a healer - nothing about the experience was healing. I would never go back, send my clients here or rely on Heather's guidance for bone density help. Thankfully I'd worked with another Dr.in CA who helped me make great gains in building density, so I know there is hope. Clients rely on medical staff for physical and social support during challenging times. Heather lacks this level of empathy. Checking out same as checking in. I'd much rather go to the hospital that's saying A LOT.

I have had a sun spot since I was 22 years old. I am now 35 and have tried everything from home remedies to laser, to micro needling, to potions and lotions.

I came in with a package for two vampire facial (PFP Facial) sessions. The person drawing blood is so quick and it is painless. No stress ladies. My first session was with Kathleen and was blown away with the results. This is the first time I have ever noticed a significant difference in my discoloration due to always being out in the sun.

My skin was radiant afterwards. Now it is a process. I am back for my second session this week and on the road to the results I am after.

Thank you Liquivida and Karleen for your amazing professionalism, clean and beautiful center and spectacular welcoming customer service.

This place is the worst. I had an appointment for a DEXA scan at 9: 30 in the morning. They sent me multiple emails requesting that I be there 15 minutes early, which I was. When I got there, the person who was supposed to give me the scan (Arnold) was “in a meeting. ” They asked me to wait for 45 minutes, which I wasn’t happy about, but agreed to do.an hour later, I asked the status. They told me that the computer just showed that the meeting was extended for another hour and 45 minutes, and he wouldn’t be available till noon, and that my best bet was to reschedule. I’d rather never get a Scan again ever in my life than return to this poorly run, unprofessional business.

Places Is a rip-off went in Groupon for Botox 4 weeks later did absolutely nothing and feel like I was totally taken advantage of go somewhere else!

A little late to post, as for some reason, I still expect them to offer to make up for this issue. I received 2 syringes of Juvederm last September (costing over $700) in my nasolabial folds. The bruising that occurred within hours after then lasted about 2 weeks (requiring heavy makeup to cover), and about 2 weeks later (or maybe less?), the results had completely disappeared. I made an appointment to speak with a different clinician and a manager to express my disappointment, and they agreed that there was no sign of any existing Juvederm in those areas. I asked to have the treatment repeated, but instead, they gave me several excuses as to why this treatment didn't work for me (even though it works for everyone else I've ever seen documented online, and I had a consultation with another provider who also said that there was no reason for it not to have worked for me). Anyway, the only thing they offered me was a discount on some other treatment (PRP facial - ONE visit), which I declined - and which I saw a Groupon for (from them) the same day, with a far cheaper price than the "discount" they offered me in their office! Sufficeth to say, they basically told me "too bad" after I gave them over $700 for a treatment that did nothing, and then wouldn't even offer to redo it or offer me any other complimentary service to make up for that huge financial loss. People, we are not all wealthy socialites who have infinite wealth to pay for facial treatments. Some of us save up for months - even years - to afford something that can help us feel better about ourselves. To lose this money and not have the business offer any kind of compensation or even acknowledge that they "messed up" in any way (or maybe the clinician that did the treatment was incompetent), is really infuriating - and I can't believe I'm still angry about this after 6 months! Liquivida: You seem to have so many good reviews, so why wouldn't you try to make one more customer happy, or at least satisfied? I also just noticed that the business (owner) only responds to 5-star reviews, so I guess my review will be ignored by them - as expected.

Great staff. Hardly ever a wait and very good prices for their services. I live blocks away so it makes it very easy to walk to.

They hire inexperienced injectors. They don’t give you the amount of units you purchase either. Be cautious when going here. From my own personal experience.
