Got to know Liry’s through their YouTube channel and I was looking for a 14k Miami Cuban link bracelet to pair with my 14 k diamond jade ring. Was considering to buy from Jacoje or Daniel’s Jewelry since everyone was reviewing their gold jewelry on YouTube. After doing some more research, I noticed Liry’s had the best price so I decided to email them about a 8mm 7.5” 14k bracelet. They responded quickly to my email and the purchasing experience was amazing. They told me it’s usually made to order and takes about 3 weeks but they have what I was looking for in stock. They didn’t charge tax to ship to NYC and they provide free express shipping. I got the bracelet delivered fast and it looks so beautiful. Definitely would do business with them again in the future and would recommend anyone looking for Miami Cuban links to give them a call. They have the best price when it comes to the Miami Cubans and you will get a far better deal versus buying from a local jeweler in NYC.

I’ve come here before to get my anklet fixed and had no issues. Well when my anklet popped after a few years I decided to come back, worst mistake I could’ve done. The anklet does have a delicate chain so I trusted that whoever fixed it beautifully last time would do the same I guess whoever worked on my piece this time thought the only solution was to solder three links together and called it a fix. It’s butchered. I was offered an explanation of “the lady who took you should’ve wrote it on the receipt didn’t she” If you have any precious jewelry that needs to get fixed don’t bring it here.

The family atmosphere you get from this store is unmatched and alone is reason to shop here. On top of that the quality of the items have that and the prices they give are unmatched. I purchased a cuban link online for my boyfriend and it was the easiest process. Kyle was very helpful with every question I had and I recommend him for help with online purchases.

I purchased a 5mm, 22" 14K Miami Cuban link handmade chain. The quality is amazing. The chain hangs perfectly straight and the box lock is very secure. The chain does not tangle at all, even if I try to make it tangle. Kyle provided amazing customer service during the three weeks that it took to make my chain. Thanks again Kyle. Also, the packaging was top notch and the included appraisal certificate is great for insurance purposes. I highly recommend Liry's.

Terrible customer service. I called a day a head looking for a specific charm. They asked me to come in to provide details and after an hour someone finally came out with a book to see if they can just it. No one, even though I had a number asked if that can assist

I've been going here with my mom since i was a kid. Love the place. But few times i went to drop off jewelry for repair and pick up, they take forever.i had to wait almost an hour for a couple people who were just browsing through jewelry to pick up my jewelry from repair. Wish you had only one person specifically working for repairs so it would go faster.

I've personally been buying jewelry for over 40 years and I can truly say this is the best jewelry store I've been to this far. The customer service is outstanding to say the least, Rose helped and stayed with me for 2 hours and was so kind and helpful and really helped me out finding the best prices possible. I definitely recommend this jewelry store to anyone who loves great quality jewelry and even better customer service!

Liry’s Jewelry was great. Exceptional inventory and friendly associates. Standing out was Janelly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with my grandmother visiting from France to fix a family heirloom and Janelly surprised us with fluent French of her own. My grandmother was very pleased with both her precious neckless repair and Janelly’s help and attention.

Rose was a great help! She didnt rush me out at all and helped me choose out my items. 10/10 customer service from her!
