Completely terrible experience. They completely messed up paperwork, wrongly advised and as a result I now do not have house insurance. They also didn’t catch their mistake in time. It was completely their fault. Manager or business owner refused to talk to me. They offered no viable resolution. They refused to release agent’s license number or case documents.

The Lisa Faina office is an exceptional example of what customer service should be like. Even in a time when customer service is declining, Mari, Kassandra, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to provide the best possible experience. Having been with our previous insurance company for over a decade, we were thrilled to find an office that finally met and exceeded our expectations.

Their top-notch communication and unwavering commitment to customer service set this office apart. They make you feel heard, valued and appreciated every step of the way. We cannot recommend this office enough to anyone looking for exceptional service. It truly is a rare gem in today's world.

Employees are good but higher management and corporate needs to be more involved to help fix issues, new issues that are making the experiences real bad, for customers

Fantastic office staff. Have been with Allstate almost 30+ years and very happy the bundle plan and safe driver perks which decrease my payments at times is great.

Would have liked a personal connection with the agent and her office. I had to do the claim online instead of hearing from her. I did the photos myself and spoke with national people. The web site for claims is worthless and confusing.

I've never visited this agency in person because they're able to take care of all my needs on the phone. This is the first time in the last 40 years that I've been purchasing insurance that I haven't felt the need to meet face-to-face with the agent/employee of the agency where I'm buying insurance.

In 2020 I pretty well got kicked to the curb by The Villages Insurance as they tripled my premium and offered no advice on how to bring it back down. I then reached out on Facebook and this pistol of a woman Holly Richardson entered my life and guided me through the steps I needed to take to get my premium back in line and I have stayed with her ever since - I even love to argue with her about coverage as I get a big kick out of her New Yorkness.

My wife and me have been with Lisa for a while with auto, then added home about ten years ago. It's really hard to like your insurance agent these days considering the cost of storm coverage insurance. The folks here have stepped up to plate to get us the best deal available. No easy task.

This agency has a poor policy of keeping your account open even when you have asked and written them to cancel doing busines with them. What a shady way of doing business. I will never be back.
