Little Caesars Pizza, Temple Terrace FL

I will never ever ever ever return again. The pizza was HORRIBLE! The service was non existent. I asked for the extra sausage pizza. I paid for extra, I didn't get extra. Nope NEVER again

Nowadays it’s so pleasing to come across wonderful associates like Jordan! As I waited in line the woman in front of me had a 4 year old boy that was just sooo excited to be buying pizza! Watching his excitement was adorable but then watching the way JORDAN engaged with the child was the icing on the cake! You don’t see that kind of caring or kindness much anymore 1 because of Covid & 2 because it’s hard to find truly happy people. As he handled his orders, provided world class customer service & put a smile on everyone’s face he even surprised his new little customer with an amazing desert! JORDAN didn’t stop there! He made my visit to this establishment my BESTEST one yet! JORDAN NEEDS A RAISE & A PROMOTION! Thank you Jordan for your exceptional service & kindness today!

I ordered 4 pizzas for dinner and they were much better than any other pizza place in town!

The wait was not long and the customer service was fantastic. I always have a good experience at this location and I would definitely come back again.

Let Me start off with The Bad Customer Service! I waited 45 minutes for just One Italian Cheesy Bread Service was terrible and finally get home to under cooked bread! They should close this location not the 1st time I experienced bad service from here!

If i had known this is what stuffed crazy bread would look like, soggy and undercooked, plus $3.99 for 3 pieces, i wouldn't have ordered it. Even my kids, 4 and 10 said it didn't taste good. Where did your quality go Little Caesars?

Horrible service and the lady in the front have attitude with. I order cheese pizza online I went in there took them almost hours to made my pizza but someone just walk in there got it right away same pizza I order.

The gentleman at the front was very friendly and nice. The food was horrible though. The pizza tasted old and the bread had nothing on it. Disappointed.

I went expecting low quality food for a low price but I feel like I overpaid. I haven't been there in a while, have they gotten worse? It tasted like day-after pizza the day of.

Horrible service. The staff looked like they didn’t care and they looked disorganized. I ordered from the app for pick up and they didn’t update on when the order is ready. Still had to wait for my order.

Ive noticed that some of them don’t wear masks or gloves. This to me is highly unnsanitary especially durring this time so I thought to post here and let others know so they can be aware.

This location will only allow you to order what they want you to order after 8 even though they close at 10 if you ask for any thing other than a Pepperoni or a Cheese they will tell you no. I have to argue to get my pizza and then they act like I annoyed them because I want my pizza the way I want it when I'm paying for it. I wanted a sausage pizza one night and was told they are doing any specialty pizzas at the moment,? I highly suggest a secret shopper. Someone anybody throw the whole crew away.

Not even one star rating location. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Make sure you bring change or a credit card you want to buy a pizza. Waited more then 35 minutes for my order. Don’t go to that location

Third consecutive bad experience tonight. Usually very slow service and indifferent attitudes. Tonight the same and got my order wrong costing me to pay for extra and receiving less. My fault for trusting them to get it right. Only thing hot and ready was me. But unlike the service at this location I guarantee they wont get my order wrong, make me wait a half hour or act like I'm a bother ever again. On a positive note the supervisor had a more pleasant attitude than the others I dealt with. Props to her.

The worst I order 2 pizzas and 6 people came after me and I'm still waiting after 25 minutes not good customers service and she asked me 3 times what did you order really

Ordered delivery, deep dish and a cheese and the deep dish was not delivered, I called about 20 times and no one ever answered the phone, I called the next day, and the manager kept repeating I can’t hear you, I’m like “hello, can you hear me now” (she heard that) and said “no can’t hear you” and hung up and stopped answering, customer service is absolutely atrocious!

Always a good quality pizza. Love the pizza portal app so much easier to get in and out especially with the current pandemic

Ordered delivery threw the app due to not being able to drive. Received a text about pick up. When I called the day I ordered, no one answered. Spoke to someone Saturday that still wasn't the managers and didn't see my order. Called Sunday morning, manager still wasn't in. All I want is a refund since no pizza was delivered nor did I receive a call or something letting me know they didn't have delivery or something

Great manager by the name of Tyra that took my order and made it fresh had great custom service during these troubling times thank you
