Little Caesars Pizza, Rockledge FL

We usually have no issues with this location but this day must have been a bad day for the staff being short staffed. The dude at the counter was so air headed and didn't really know what he was doing.
I did a mobile order and then called to have my crazy bread light baked but they had an answering machine on the entire time, so I finally got my food, the crazy bread was cold.
However, the pizza was decent.

I understand help is hard to come by these days, but there are 5 of us sitting here waiting for an hour and 2 of us told 15 minutes. If you dont have enough employees to do the job then dont open!

I stop here much more often than I would like to admit, but the gals here are phenomenal! They are always hustling, working hard, ready to accommodate any request, and friendly to boot

Very upset to see this throughout this pandemic, some employees don"t wear a mask. Now today 10-08-2021 no one in the place had on a mask! It says on there wesite as of today that masks are required!

Here's a tip.pick up your pizza yourself, do not do delivery. I did not know when I ordered that it would be a Door Dash disappointment. We had a few drinks, so did not want to drive for our kids snacks - big mistake. Over 30 minutes past estimated delivery time! And cold when it got here. And the store is literally 5 minutes away. And I gave a generous tip at checkout, unfortunately can't get that back. Driver blamed store, but who knows.
Never again. How do people use these food delivery services, there is no way the food is edible by the time you get it.

"Hot n Ready" pizza took 22 minutes for carryout and they included no napkins or dipping sauce, just "sorry for the wait". Multiple other people came in and got their orders and left. Don't be sorry, be better.

We tried this Little Caesars Pizza, since my granddaughter works close to it. It way better then the Clearlake in cocoa.

Young girl named Brittany I was told with red hair and glasses, she was phenomenal! Twice in a row. Crew of 4 one being the gm killing it tonight

Employees have great customer service skills. Whom ever is making the food aka pizzas breadsticks etc puts pride in there work/cooking it’s not sloppy like other Little Caesars that I’ve went to in Brevard county keep up the good work Rockledge ️

I ordered a 3 meat pizza and it had a lot of flavor. Enjoyed it very much. Wtg employees of little Ceasars in Rockledge.

It's not the best pizza but it's always there for you during tough times. Shout out to the ride or die!

Love Little Caesars Pizza It's always tasty and fresh and you can't beat the price That's what a pizza should cost $5 and it's very delicious.

Always use the Android app and always ready on time. Love the pizza portal as I am not much for talking to people. Walk in, punch in my code, walk out with my good. Doesn't get better than that.

Never had a problem here. Love it. Kids ask for it all the time. Of all the pizza places around here (and there are a ton) this is one of there favorites. You do sometimes have to wait for the hot and ready pizzas during peak hours.sure, but that happens anywhere. My only minor complaint is once or twice my breadsticks were a little over cooked. But hey.can't beat this place:)

Little Caesars Pizza is charging your debit cards without you been in the restaurant.so please check your account to make sure you do not have any additional charge. My pizza.one charge for 28.44, one for 28.44. And one for 17.44 and today one more for 28.44 and i have never been to this store in Rockledge fla.so i had to call my bank to file a complaint and have them removed. The manager kept tell me that they only charge me for one.i told him this was cleared up when i talk to the general manager but it still coming out of my bank account.problem never taking care of.my bank had to take care of it.bad business Little Caesars Pizza.

No one wearing gloves or a mask. They are touching everything without gloves then handling food.
