Little Caesars Pizza, West Palm Beach FL

Amazing pizza and great time. The owner Tony walked around and talked to all the customers to ensure their food was cooked well. Then as a Friday night treat gave all the kids in the restaurant free cannoli's. Great guy, great pizza, and great environment! Will be back for sure!

I just had the worst experience ever! I go to the store all the time! My order is always the same every single time. I told the girl very clearly my order, when I got my pizza it looked a little different. At the time I didn't think much of it thinking it could have been from a different cook, so I left. When I happened to glance at my receipt in my car I realized they charged me for the wrong thing and then realized I did get the wrong order. So I called the store and spoke to one of the cashiers and then the manager Sanjay. He proceeded to argue with me and was very rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or the wrong order and then basically told me that I was lying that his cashier didn't get put in the wrong order and hung up on me. So then I proceeded to turn around and go back to the store to take back the order and demand a refund and to get the correct order. When I got there I saw the cashier and explain to her I told you very clearly my order and it was wrong she proceeded to be rude with me and started arguing with me so then we got into a verbal disagreement. The whole thing was extremely ridiculous and I am there all the time and spend a lot of money in that store. The fact that the manager was rude was crazy he proceeded to give me my refund which was good but then when I ask for the correct order he told me to leave. That whole situation was ridiculous and crazy! That store is very close to me and I go there all the time but I don't know if I'll be going there for a while worst service ever!

Ordered for delivery. The stuff crust pizza wasn't even fully cooked. I do understand that at times like these employee's are frustrated and stressed but I still spent my money and I expect to receive the product that I paid for to be correct and prepared the proper way.

Got very sick from eating their pizza. Yeah sure it’s super cheap, but worth paying the extra few dollars for better pizza elsewhere.

Cashier gave wrong change, didn’t realize it until I had already left. Filed a report and nothing was done about it. Location is always slow and rude.

Definitely the best Little Caeser's I've had in South Florida, they get everything right everytime I order!

This little ceasars is poppin'! Pizzas always good, but when the spanish guys are working there you're going to get an AWESOME pizza. Regular pizza is almost like your getting an extra most bestest. Crazy bread is almost always on point. Only "complaint" would be sometimes i have to wait like 5-10mins, but it's usually got a lot of people inside ordering so obviously theres going to be a wait. But now i order online and by the time I get there its ready to go.

Awful place to go for pizza. I would consider another location. Maybe even another company. Little Caesars has really been bad everytime I go for the last year. This location failed me big time. I went at 5pm which is in the middle of their 4-8pm hot n ready service. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and 2 liter. They said the cheese bread would take 10 min. Fine. 25 min later I go up to the counter to ask when itll be ready. They said it's in the oven. Really? Ok. 10 min later I go up to another employee to ask bc the one that took my order wasnt getting the point. She checked. Said it is in the oven. I have now waited 35 min. The guy asked what I ordered. I said pepp pizza and a cheese bread. He said, cheese bread? Yes.we dont have cheese bread ready, we have the reg breadsticks. I said, I ordered cheese bread and have waited 35 min now. He said well itll be another 15 if you want them but we have breadsticks ready. Ok, gove me the breadsticks. Whatever. I was tired of waiting. 10 min go by, he says what did you order? At this point it has been 50 min I've waited, I tell them and then I see hes buttering them or whatever in the back. I finally get my pizza and leave but I received no apology. This place is horribly unorganized. They had pizzas coming out the entire hour I was there but theyd let them sit out instead of putting them in the hot oven to stay warm. Even if I order online, it's never fresh. It really has gone way downhill.

Nope. Flat dry oily pizza with crusty meat that'll cut your tongue!
Where's the sauce?
Is that little red wet stuff watery ketchup?
I'll drive miles out of my way to go to Pizza Hut or Papa John's.

Very fast and efficient:) My cashier Luis and his team gave great customer service. They even went out of their way to make fresh breadsticks! (Came here on Labor day. One of the few in the area that were still open until 10pm)

New. Spanish workers are nice. A lot of beggers in area, but that's everywhere. Great food, they are a bit slower than old workers but still good quality <3

This restaurant employees are very respectful and will mannered. The place is always clean. Even though I have to wait for 8- 10 minutes tops in my experience the food is always well done. I would recommend everyone to buy from Little Caesars. I am giving them a A+.

Most Always been happy with the food I’ve purchased there. Think they could put more cheese on pizza even the most bestest pizza had some space for more pepperoni on occasion but low on cheese often. The pizzas were delicious just would like to see more cheese. The people that work there are very nice so far have not had any problems with them Or politeness

I entered this store and ordered a pizza, and this pizza was already in the heater (I can't tell how long it had been there). This place looks abandoned, and the beverage fridges are almost empty. Also the boy who should have taken care of me was talking to a girl without paying attention to his job. I hope the owners will improve this location.

Their pizza is great for a good price, But dont look forward to left overs because if u don't eat it while its hot out their oven it'll taste just like cardboard. The wings are beyond greasy & the ppl outside of the store are worser than the one's that work inside. But if your looking for a quick meal for cheap their the place.

I stopped going to this location about two and a half years ago cause the people were rude. I didn't want to deal with the hoodrats working. I go today for the first time in years around 2: 15 and I recieve amazing service. The cashier was sweet and also pretty cute. The guy handling the oven was very respectful. My pizza was perfect, and quick. Only bad thing is the pack of drunk homeless outside, and the heat inside the store but either way gained back a customer for sure.

Worst little caesars ive ever been too I have never taste a pizza from a little caesars that taste as disgusting as the one from this location. Dont waste you time or money go to a different location!

Once you get pass the hordes of people on the outside trying to sell you something, then you deal with a sometimes rude cashiers, only the prices keep you coming back

It wasn't busy when I entered the store, so my order was taken quickly. The cashier was courteous and friendly. I estimate I was waiting for about 10-15 mins as I ordered 2 pizzas well done. The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is because one of the pizzas didn't have a thorough cutting, so it was a bit of an annoyance to get my slices.
