Little Caesars Pizza, Tallahassee FL

Amanda and Brittany make things so much better at this location. I ordered a pizza and they got it wrong so I went back and they very quickly did whatever they could to make it right and I was so pleased. Hands down best customer service. And the store was clean as well. These ladies deserve a raise!

8-10 minutes waiting to be served. Only one person working at 8 pm. Ordered just the bread sticks. Either they weren't cooked long enough or in the warmer for way to long.

Last night we had an amazing customer care experience.
All began with a little bit more waiting time the pizza to be ready, but at the end as a compensation for the waiting time we got 2 free pizzas and garlic bread and cookies ️️️

In a Post COVID world, I'm really only looking for hot fresh food and service that is friendly. Atmosphere doesn't apply to a pickup only restaurant.

Why is it that the last 3 times i have gotten pizza from them it has been extremely greasy? What, is grease the #1 ingredient now used? I’m going back to Papa John’s.

They got my order wrong and blamed me for it, yelled at me, swore at me and stormed out. The manager was good but the employee (a dred headed African American female) was HORRIBLE and on edge and dangerous.

If I could give 0 stars I would.order 2 pizza's and 3 orders of bread sticks last night, get the email telling me it will be ready in 30 minutes ok cool. I then get an email stating my order is ready it gave me a code and said to see person at the counter for order. I go in tell the guy the code and that email said to see counter person. He claimed he can't find order, so then ask what name it would be under gave him my daughters name as she had placed order, still couldn't find it. He then goes back to making pizza's and leaves me standing at the counter. Finally comes back and ask if it could be under another name, I said no and told him I would be right back. So I go out to car and my daughter goes in, as she has gotten and email saying order is ready. He has some lady come up, she never speaks, just checks computer and then walks away to the back. The guys says we will have to make it. So once again there my daughter stands waiting. Finally a young lady came to the counter and I explained the situation and what do you know she pulled my order up and went straight to the back and got it.this B. S.had went on for an hour. This Little Ceasars has always been my go to but I will drive a little further to the other store.

I do a lot of DoorDash deliveries at the Monroe Street location and I have to say she is always polite customer friendly and obviously she’s working her butt off so I just want to say thank you to Amanda for always being awesome

I eat little Cesar’s pretty often as pizza is my child’s favorite food. But in all my years this was the worst. It was more crust than pizza but the crust was DRY. Felt like it was cutting my throat on the way down. We ate two slices cause we were starving and this location is a bit of a ways away from us so that was very disappointing. I maybe order once or twice a week but this was my wake up call to just cook more lol and my fault for not checking it until we were halfway home

They didn’t have any cheese pizza ready so we placed an order and paid. It was ready in 10 mins, but it literally was thrown together- sauce and cheese was a mess and looks like they sliced the pizza in the dark- every single piece was a different size including one that was 3 inches long. And a slice that was almost a quarter of the pizza. SMH.

Currently standing inside of this establishment. I did not order head as this is the place of Hot n Ready right? Once the lady came to the front counter to greet me I asked her about the Hot N Ready and she proceeds to tell me that they don’t have any ready. I ask her how long. She replies 10 minutes. I then have to ask her of I pay now or when it’s ready… she says now. I pay and wait inside for my order.

She had to be numb or almost dead. No proper greeting, no enthusiasm. Ma’am you work in customer service. Go home if you are having a bad day. The African American woman who handed me my order was extremely pleasant. Thank you for that! However the individual who rang me up… the complete opposite.

DONT BOTHER CALLING.they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! If it "wasnt true" i would be the only one saying it. Therefore, LIKE I SAID. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT AND BETTER EMPLOYEES.

Didn't get my food, the delivery driver didn't deliver my food and the store didn't answer the phone I sat on the phone for 20 minutes and eventually got hung up on so will never ever be back here, I'd suggest going to hungry howies much better service and on time always.
Issue #2 gave me a regular pepperoni pizza I sent photos in and they refuse to refund me it's was supposed to be an extramostbestest, What a trash company.

Sold me an item online that they did not have. The staff upgraded me but I had to wait 10 minutes. It began to rain and I got wet going back to work on my moto scooter. That really angered me. Food good, staff great, price fair.

The employee was extremely helpful and recommended their specials, which are extremely cost effective when feeding lots of children and having to save money, (for high gas prices)

I like the way you can order online and the pizza is hot fresh and ready to go when you arrive. I think Little Caesars provide good value for the money.

Made the mistake of going here again Once it took over an hour to get delivered by the time It got here it was cold I got the slices and sticks they didn't cut the slices or the sticks and then They forgot my whole Brownie so much grease on the pizza and cold I tried calling enough course nobody answered like always

Asked for fresh hot pizza. Gave me just warm; when I asked to give me hot they refused to give a hot fresh stating that the pizza I received is nice cold.

Food was good, staff on the other hand not so much my order was missing items, and when I asked about I only got part of the items that were missing still, and it seemed like a chore just to get 1 of the 3 containers of dipping sauce I ordered.
