Little Caesars Pizza, Palmetto FL

Does this location purposely not answer the phone? Every time I try to call in my order it goes to voicemail. Frustrating.

Y'all finally got your first employee in the last year with good customer service skills but then you gave me a burnt pizza surprise. Ordered online. Picked up as soon as y'all said it was ready. NOT a hot n ready pie but it looks an hour old anyway

Girl behind the counter was super sweet even after dealing with a jerk screaming at her. Food was nice and hot.

Horrible owner of this establishment. I tried to get a refund on pizzas that I never got and it took over 4 weeks. Called the customer service about 3 times and said that the district manager and owner were the only two who could give me my money back. They themselves contacted the owner and he wouldn’t answer or contact me about my refund. Finally customer service had to override it and give me my refund. Just a horrible experience in general.

Couldn’t understand a basic order of pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese ON THE SAME PIZZA. After waiting over double the amount of time she told me it’d be ready, I took home a lukewarm pizza and had to nuke it. I guess they do so many hot-n-readys, taking an order for anything else is now considered complicated.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They only ever have 3 employees working so you will be waiting in line for at least 20 minutes while everyone in front of you is ignored. They will lie to your face and say the new fanceroni pizza was discontinued because they're too lazy to make it even though it's on their menu screen right above their heads. If you order breadsticks they will be DRY and have ZERO butter or parmesan cheese on them. 100% of the time this is how they come out, Just dry, nasty bread.

This is very busy store which usually seems understaffed. I have never been able to walk in and pick up a Hot-and-Ready pizza.so call ahead and place your order.

The quality of the pizza is good and is a good bang for the buck. I have the wings a couple times but they were small and in my opinion not worth the cost.

Went 3 times past 2 weeks. Closed all 3 times, person in back said" no help, no crusts! " Last time went in to get pizza already ordered, told to come back later! Never reopened that nite

Went after a long day of work and was told that I had to order ahead that there not taking walk-in orders thought it was all about the hot and Ready this place sucks everyone there is always smoking weed in there cars you would think they would prep for the Friday rushandhavethere hot boxes fill Ed up very poor service any time I go there

Came in 15 mons before closing, there were multiple people waiting for assistance but being ignored. I asked if there were any hot and ready pizzas and was told it only had a cheese, I went ahead and purchased the cheese pizza along with crazy bread. After the purchase then I got the pizza it was lukewarm at best. Everyone who entered was told they could only buy one pizza. I understand it was close to closing but there should be decency of acknowledging the people waiting in the lobby. Also consider buying this location a new warmer.

Ordered the Fanceroni pizza from the Palmetto store. I did add mushrooms to make sure I got a fresh cooked pizza. We decided to bring the pizza back and asked why there was like only 15 Pepperoni slices. Lol We were looking forward to the CRISPY Pepperoni that they advertised. So they explained if you add another item, you can't put as much Pepproni.
That makes sense. The manager asked to see the first pizza and said we'll make another one for you no problem.
Giving 5 stars, because ALL the employees were all very kind/polite.

It's been a little better the last few times I ordered, however the little pizza portal machine has not worked in quite a while. Not a huge deal, but if there's a line you can't just skip it and grab it out of the machine. You have to wait.

I went to go and get food around 8 pm and was told they “aren’t serving no more for the rest of the night”. No explanation. Nothing. I looked on their website and it says they close at 10. Extremely unprofessional.

Just went in for the first time at this Little Caesars after picking up my 5 year old from camp so we could watch a movie. Ordered hot and ready cheese, Buffalo wing crazy bread and soda and asked for 2 extra marinara sauces as well. I saw the cashier put 2 marinara only on the counter and asked if the crazy bread already came with one because I thought it did but still wanted 2 more. Another girl named Shaunna comes over and says she is in training and you are so rude and don't have to yell. I was taken back because I just got over the flu and literally have no voice at all and am struggling to even talk. I mentioned I'm sorry if you feel I'm being rude but you can obviously tell I have no voice and I would never be upset over a pizza sauce. She said see even the way you are talking now! I immediately asked for a refund and had her threaten me with calling the police. Bizarre and confusing is the only way I could describe this 3 minute encounter. She even refused to give me her name because I told her I wanted to complain about her and make sure it wasn't the trainee on the receipt who was very nice. 1st and last time in 3 minutes. Good job guys.

They never answer the phone ever they just sit there and let the phone ring I’ve seen it first hand I should be able to call and place my order so by the time I get there it’s done and ready for me

Just saw the workers jumping in the dumpster and then returning back to work this is so unhealthy and disgusting

TWICE now we placed an order through the app. Received confirmation of the order by email and through the app. Received an email saying our order was ready and notifications through the app that it was ready. Drove over to pick it up only to be told that they don't have our order and that it's not available. What? Noon on a Sunday and a pizza restaurant doesn't have pizza. And nobody can be bothered to call and tell us not to drive all the way over there. Instead we receive an email and notification that our order is ready! Bad job Little Caesars. TWICE!

Walk in to place an order and they were out of Dough? ! So weird, out of pizza dough at a pizza place at Noon. Disappointing.

Just ordered a deep dish was not fully baked not satisfied. 923pm 03/13/2022
And the wait time was ridiculous.needs better customer service.
