Little Caesars Pizza, Gainesville FL

Horrible. I stopped by and got a Ready Made pizza, went home and it was cold. And I only live down the road from here, so it should've at least been warm. It was DISGUSTING and I had to throw it in the microwave to warm it up

Absolutely worthless. I hope all locations aren't as bad as this one. Every time I call to place an order, I have to call back-to-back 5 or 6 times before someone answers the phone. 3 times now, I've been told they have stopped taking orders (well ahead of closing- at least an hour) and I could only choose from their hot and READY pizzas. Did so- had to wait 20 mins.

Higher new employees! Wasted time giving a trash review. Should have just made the drive to Dominoes.

This location used to be good but now it's awful. Whenever I go in, half the workers are stoned past functioning.

This last order was the last straw. I ordered online and didn't receive half the order. The pizza looks like a deformed mess and isn't cut all the way through (or cut in a straight line). The breadsticks seem like they've been sitting forever and have no cheese on them.

The store wont answer the phone and the customer service desk has automatically hung up on me twice now. I just want my damned money back at this point and I can't even talk to a person short of going in person

My pepperoni pizza was a thin crust and full of grease. It was hot but I expected it to be original crust.

Pizza was 1 hour late, cold, and the wrong pizza. Manager wouldn't even pick up the phone. I did finally get a refund. But I will never order from little ceazers

Worst pizza ever I could have brought a pizza from Publix and it would have been better. Will never go back

The worst little Ceasars so far blonde women in there with tattoos on get chest worst service and they don't make cheesy bread till 4 they lost so many people just in the couple mins I was in there they can't make it till 4 badd attitude women

Worst service possible. Order was supposed to be ready at 6, didn’t get my full order till 7: 30. Workers seemed under staffed and annoyed at the back up. Either hire more staff or better quality.

Just got home with my pizza and order of crazy 'dough'. Called the store and they told me I could bring them back, mind you this is rush hour and I have 3 hungry children to feed. When i said i didnt want to do that right now the girl suggested for me to bring them tomorrow Wouldn't compensate any other way. Recommend checking your food before leaving. Putting them on a pan to bake myself so I can enjoy some squished crazy bread.

On two visits in a row I waited about an hour. The first time was for one cheese pizza. The second time it was for a cheese pizza and cheese bread. The cheese bread was not cooked all the way and was literally goop. I asked to return the bread because it was not okay for consumption and she took it and and my pizza. She would not let me buy back my pizza because it was cold now and told me it would be fifteen minutes for a new one. I didn't mind the cold pizza, but should was really rude and would not let me have it even though I waited an hour for it in the first place I'm pretty sure she is the owner My two little kids where with me and super upset when we left empty handed. It was supposed to be a treat for my ADHD kid having one of his first full ten star days. The service was rude, The wait was awful and the food was uncooked. It was my son's favorite place, but I'm never going back to that location.

Slow service. Bad food. Unprofessional staff. 25 mins waiting for 2 pizzas. Won't come back ever

This place is good but having to wait 25-30 min for your order even after ordering on the phone is Disappointing This place should have a full staff of 5-6 ppl not 2

Rude manager… chip on card wasn’t working at location and refused to run card manually. Working everywhere else but she couldn’t spare 1 minute of her time for a customer.

They had masks on when they took my order then I saw them take masks off and make food. I demanded a refund which I did get. I will NEVER eat there again. Absolutely horrible they did that.

When i came inside i was immediately i was welcome by a sweet lady. She took my order her and another employee they both did a great job on my pizza love every bite. Thanks ladies.

Would not conplane but very rude.manger might have being haveing a bad day.but I will never go here again.
