Little Caesars Pizza, Lehigh Acres FL

No stars. Do not use drive thru. Worst experience ever. Proceeded to drive thru AFTER receiving pizza ready text. Sat in line for 30 minutes before myself and two cars in front of me were able to escape the line and go inside. It only got worse from there (not enough room here). Oh and I also called store while I was in line and asked what was going on with the drive thru. Click. They hung up on me. Again. Worst experience ever!

This is the best little caesars! They are rarely out of pizza and the wait is minimal. Don't know the names of the staff but everyone I have dealt with has been awesome! Keep up the great work!

The crew is super friendly and always amazing! Called ahead and Ordered 15 pizzas for my kids party and they had it ready to go on time and flawless! Drive thru cashier is super sweet and really friendly! Highly recommend.

The prices enter up slightly but the pizza is usually good. They tend to be really slow whether inside or drive thru, but other than that not bad

March 18th 2021.8: 36 pm. I arrived to the drive thru with my kids. Some people ordering inside. 4 cars before me. I immediately ordered 1 cheese pizza an one crazy bread. The guy who attended me was very kind. After that, 40 minutes waiting in the line. It was very frustrating. I know he was working alone but the company has
to find a solution to this. Next time if I see one car in the drive thru and someone ordering inside, I will take my way to another place.

Made my order over the phone, showed half an hour later, the order wasn't ready, they told me to wait on spot number 2, waited for another half an our, I asked the guy on the drive thru, he couldn't give me a explanation on wath happen, he didn't know where the manager was, when the manager showed up like 10 min later told me that the order never made it to the kitchen, so after one hour my pizza still wasn't in the oven, picked my money, this is not my first bad experience in this place, buy pizza somewhere else

I LOVE Cesears Pizza and this location specifically. I always feel welcomed and the pizzas that I order are always FRESH. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Took 15min just to take my order, with no line, and an employee sitting on the floor right behind the counter. But foods good.

We were in line for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. The line was insane and people were fighting and cussing because those leaving the other businesses couldn't get thru. It was just awful. I think well find another one to go to.

Called in my order while I was 5 minutes away from this location and it was hot and out of the oven by the time I paid. Great service.

Friendly staff at drive-thru. They lookout for you and always get the order right. Pizza has always been hot and fresh when I get home.

You order on line and get there the store empty and you pizza not ready and they tell you sorry the machine was down so we will do it now and they were talking in store and not looking at the computer

I was given the best customer service by Jonathan W.at the drive thru. He was very polite and professional. They didn't have something that I wanted and he explained the situation and thanked me for my patience and service. I will say he put the competition to shame. Keep up the great work.

Overall, our experience at this location has been very good. The pizzas have been fresh and the staff was very friendly! I would only recommend avoiding trying to order anything (specially a special order pizza) during their 'rush' times (i.e. Friday evenings) as they are likely to get your order wrong. But, in their defense, they were heavily inundated with orders and only human.

I want to say first this location has very good pizza! The unfortunate thing is both times I have had issues with the ordering process.

Excellent little Caesars! Always have pizza, never a wait like the one in homestead FL on Campbell Dr where I used to live! Best thing it has that I never seen before is a drive through!

Fast moving lines. Staff was busy but not overwhelmed. Didn't use the app. We walked in and ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza. Done quickly and correctly. We'll be stopping by again.

I like stopping here because of the drive thru. For granted they forgot something with my order, but whatever i had some at the house. I always get good service when i come here. I never had to wait for pizza to be made. Where other locations, they would run out and id have to wait ten mins. Which isn't an issue.
