Little Caesars Pizza, Boynton Beach FL

I went there a week ago to try their stuffed crust pizza. While not burnt it was very overcooked. Seems like a case of poor quality control.
I've gone there for years but not sure if I will return.

Don’t waste your time calling ahead to order, this people never pick up the phone and when they pickup the phone they say “one second please” and never get back to you
Happens to me at least 10! Times
Sometimes I get inside the store whit my phone on speaker ringing and I see there phone ringing but they don’t care

The little girl working there keept me in line of no people for 7 minutes. She kept ignoring me and doing other stuff, keeping herself busy. I know she did that on purpose, I don't know why.

Did an online order on sunday at 2pm for pickup at 6: 30.showed up a few minutes early was told almost ready.
20 minutes later my order was ready, in the meantime a dozen customers walked in got their order and walked out.only ordered a pan pizza and stuffed bread.pizza was cold by the time i got home 3 minutes away.

They deserve no star's, they are by far the WORST little caesars in the area. They also NEVER answer the phone. Lazy rude staff.

Waited over 2 hours for my pizza called the store continuously no answer horrible and I mean horrible service. What ever job YOU choose you should do it with love. If you dislike your job or can’t work under pressure especially when busy GET A NEW JOB!

My kids love Little Ceasers pizza, and I actually like it too compared to all of the bad itialian restaurants here in south FL.

I decided to have a delicious lunch so went to little Caesars on Congress ordered lunch special, when I got home open the box and noticed nothing like the pictures advertised 2 pepperoni on each slice and the crust no cook enough & never cut in 1/4 s

The people who work here are rude, and the pizza I ordered was given undercooked. The cheese was barely melted and the dough was still raw in the middle. I don't know how they can give pizzas that undercooked to customers.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, was because pizza was great, after I popped it into the air fryer and cooked properly.

I ordered 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and a garlic butter sauce. When I got home, the cheese box really has another pepperoni. I called the store and they said I could come back and return the pizza. My only question is, why not have the correct labels? I rather have a refund. The cost of gas is not cheap! My kids will pick off the pepperoni's! Instead of the girl talking to her coworkers it would be better if she actually listened to my order. Not long after I paid and was given my pizza, she forgot to give me the garlic sauce. I shouldn't have to remind YOU to do your job! Disappointed with the service given

Every time I go there everybody’s very nice the pizza is fresh and hot sometimes they’re a little busy but it’s OK

Stopped by on the way to Miami, and by far the best pizza I've had in awhile from Little Caesars. Thanks for a great pizza and experience ordering food!

I order pizza and breadsticks and realized I also order pepperoni cheese breadsticks. I wanted to order another pizza and the girl was very rude because I wanted to order another pizza. They also just put my pizza in the portal and the pizza was cold. Please fix your unhappy staff that take it out on your customers.

Get better management. If Steve is still the owner, your management has gone down the tubes again. We order from this location quite often. However the past 2 times we have ordered, once for delivery and this time for pickup, we have had to wait an extraordinary long amount of time to receive our food. They had my cheese pizza sitting out and not in the warmer before even starting on my second pizza which happened to be a deep dish. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and I am going to make a point to re post this on your Google page as well with a 1 star rating. If you value your repetitive customers, then make sure orders aren't taking over 20 minutes past their pickup times!

Bought 5 pizza to add less sauce aka lite tomato $3 additional each pizza. People friendly but don’t expect anything extra other than a smile for free

I came into the store at 6: 30 pm and they advertise hot and ready between 4 and 8 but I had to wait for my pizza. I ordered a slices n Stix, cheese, and pepperoni which should all be part of the hot and ready and none were ready to go.

《Hygiene》On adverage it's pretty clean though you may find days where the bathroom or tables are lacking. The store isn't designed for eating in due to its size like most pizza places.

《Food》Top notch taking it you can wait a few minutes for the pizza to be made.
"$5 hot and ready yea boi! "

《Employees》From my few visits seems thier direct and get the job done. Not much I can say seeing I don't visit there often.
