Little Caesars Pizza, Davie FL

Just picked up a special order and both pizzas were warm when they were supposedly "right out of the oven" (per the tracking app) Both orders of crazy bread are way undercooked. Never placing another order at this mediocre shop again. Yuk!

When they get special orders right they are excellent. Every once in a while they screw something up. All in all still a good place for me

The wait is crazy EVEN when you order online. I waited almost a hour for my order and no employees were present for over 20mins to inform you about what's going on, or to check your order status. The service sucks!

When to get some brownies…. Trash! Employees are rude and unprofessional. The one chick at the window is an obvious racist. I just laughed and kept it rolling. The one black dude had an attitude like a chic. Like I killed his car or something. This store is just sad.

Good evening, the girl who attends the register is very rude, treats customers badly, apart from demanding a tip and when one pays in cash she says that she never has change. On several occasions she has given me the request that she is not, please give better treatment to customers!

Horrible service. Pizza technicians had a volatile attitude towards customers. The “system” was down so they couldn’t make a supreme pizza which makes no sense. Will never return to this store. Little Caesar’s is going downhill fast!

Absolute horrible service. I called and waited 12 minutes. No answer. I actually drove there while on hold and waited another 2 minutes before anyone came out. They said “it’s only 2 people here working” yet the lobby was EMPTY and no one by the phone. If I owned this store I’d fire everyone and hire new people.

When customers are in line, no employees should be arguing over problems that happened. They should have professional discussion in closed doors, or have a meeting. I don’t need to listen to your meaningless problems! Got it?

Thin crust pizza really good, store lacks necessary employees to handle rush times. My first visit took 25 minutes for one pizza and crazy bread. Way too long along with the other 12 people waiting for orders at the same time. A normal look for Caesars, one of the main reason I stopped buying from them.

My senior citizen father went to pick up a pizza…expecting it to be hot. When he got the pizza and it looked like it wasn’t hot and fresh he asked simply for another one and the manger said “you can take it or leave it”. Ain’t that something? She should be ashamed of being a manager, no customer service whatsoever!

As a Detroit native (home of little cesars) I've been eating it for 34 years. I can say this was absolutely the WORST pizza I've ever had at ANY little cesars. Deep dish pizza was raw. Not even half cooked. I will never eat here again. Mistakes are made but this is like the third time I've gotten a terrible product from this location. Odds are the owner knows how bad the pizza is and will never respond to this review because no matter what there is always a demand for cheap pizza. Go to any other location.

If I can give this location a - 5 I will. Am a regular customer and this is the 3 time that I have order in the app for store pick up and when I got to get my pizza the staff have the front door closed and there's no one in the front. There is no management in this store you must get hard working people to have a good business please if you don't like to hacer a bad thing go elsewhere else

This place is absolutely horrible. Most people know the service is already super slow but most people account for that when they order. I suggest this place be shutdown so the correct staff can be hired and put in place before a fight breaks out in this place

This time service was good, but when they are busy service is crazy, they need better management especially when the employees are all mostly young.
