15I had a miscommunication with a call in order when I picked it up and there was an amazing man (Rashawn) fixed everything for me and I still made it to my party on time thank you guys so much!
The costumer service was amazing everybody was so nice to me but the one person that stood out the most was Rashawn he made sure I had a fresh pizza and my bread was straight out the oven I will definitely be recommending this one to my family and friends and I will be coming back
I came in wanting a 3 meat pizza and walked out with a smile on my face.because of rashawn starks hes probably the nicest person in there with the most amazing customer service.thank you!
Beware of thieves at this location. My DoorDash order was delivered there by accident and they said it was theirs, verified it and everything. When my driver verified the name they said yes it was their order. My DoorDash driver had to go back and confront them to get it back (they had already taken it to the back). I called to ask for someone by my name and they don’t have anyone there by that name so I confronted them about it and hung up. So the employee on the phone called me back on his personal phone to try to continue the argument. All around horrible behavior by their employees and I’m not even a customer, just another nearby merchant. God only knows how they treat their actual customers.
The young woman at the front is super sweet & helpful. She looks up customers orders and keeps everyone informed. The pizza is good and fresh. I do feel the company as decreased in general. The waits are 30+ minutes, even when ordering online. They simply can’t keep up with the demand. It is a massive upgrade from the one across town.
Made a order for delivery for stuff crust pizza. As I'm waiting for an hour I get a text saying my order was canceled. I called and they told me they canceled because they don't have stuffed crust. Could of told me that sooner
Horrible. Will never eat here at this location again. Got three pizzas and horrible. Our pretzel crust pizza didn't even have any salt on it at all didn't taste right.
Not much point of ordering online basic hot and readies when they get the order to you almost 30 minutes late and say they had an order of 10 pizzas so now they have nothing ready.
That’s the point of ordering ahead so they hold it for you correct?
Aniyah (not sure of the spelling) who is the manager on duty thought it was funny when I asked about why there wasn’t a seal on the pizza box that was delivered. She then tells us that their pizzas have never had seals placed on them before giving them to a door dasher. (They always have) She also felt the need to laugh again when I explained to her that the door dasher opened the box to put sauces inside the pizza box which is a huge health violation and said there’s nothing that she will do about it. The door dasher explained it’s not their job to package everything and they just pick up what’s there under the name they have on their phone which is understandable. This manager is very incompetent and did not handle this situation well at all. I don’t give bad reviews often but this one takes the cake. I have worked in understaffed stores and have had to manage multiple employees and this girly pop can’t do that it seems. Sad.
They won't/ can't make change for a $50. Had to get change from a real business nextdoor.
Ordered 1 pizza online @6 pm, said it would be ready for pickup at 640pm. I showed up at 642 and they told me my 1 pizza was just going in the oven. Fast forward another 30 minutes, I go to the counter to inquire about the status of my food and they said they were sorry but its just now going in the oven. This was the longest and worst wait I've ever had for an $8 pizza.
Update. Finally got my 1 pizza @724pm.
Store is slowly showing signs of improvement over the past year. P, reviously I had gone in and had my orders completely wrong, once was even given someone else's pizza from the previous day. A group of preschoolers would have been more behaved than the staff working but they've either cleaned house and hired new workers or gotten better management because last 5 or 6 times I've gone things have been much better all the way around.
This is one of the worst locations. The order is always wrong. The staff is rude and your always over charged.
For almost 10 years I have witnessed very long wait times, orders are often messed up and missing items. Most staff are unprofessional, inattentive to customers and overall careless. Most of the time they are out back smoking and goofing off. Better off getting pizza elsewhere. Never coming back here again
Asked for a hot and ready and cheese bread was told to wait ten minutes, next two people behind me get there hot and ready pizza and cheese bread and leave while in stuck here waiting because apparently they don't have any ready
