Little Caesars Pizza, Miami FL

It seems like I can’t find a decent little Caesar’s in my area. I placed an order online only to be left waiting an extra thirty five minutes for my pizza. After the app told me the pizza would be ready at 7pm.

Long time favorite. Great pizza and atmosphere. Great place to eat very clean environment and a great and friendly staff. Food is always good.

The pizza is good, I mean for the price you really can’t beat it. However, the staff needs some work. They can be rude and passive aggressive at times. They close the store without putting a sign and it says it’s open online (we check before we leave just in case the location is closed due to COVID) so that’s pretty inconvenient.
Overall, good pizza not so good staff.

Worse customer service. Nobody speaks English. They sent me a receipt of a refund they owed me for $30, but no money was ever put back on my card til this day. After the receipt for the refund was sent to my email I ordered, for the last time (because I’m done with LITTLE THIEFS) and they got my order wrong.

The barbecue chicken had human hair in it. The chicken was very much questionable, it's like mystery meet; horrible, do not eat there, I vomited many days.

Manuel and Eddie as well as staff worked very hard and in a fast manner. Pizzas were perfect. Their were two rude, disgusting, ignorant ladies in line but despite their nasty attitude, tone of voice and disrespectful selves the staff remained working and serving customers. There was no talking, laughing or horse play here by this staff. Just everone trying to help cistomers in an fast efficient way. Great job team specially with those two witches!

Cashier disappears at peak time; longer wait time than advised, language barrier between customers and certain employees. Never answered phone initially when attempted to place the order over the phone. Overall horrible customer service and experience.

Order on the app! You will get your pizza in 20 minutes or less. It will be made fresh. No waiting in line. Just go up to the kiosk enter the code or scan the qr code and you take your order. I hope all pizza chains and fast food restaurants pick up on this tech. Its really innovative and quick. Super easy to use.

I use to love eating here.i discovered they dont wear gloves to prepare the pizza.i asked the manager he said that they don't have to gross.my biggest complaint is the wait even if you order ahead its an hour to get your pizza and wings. Maybe its this location it shouldn't take this long.the prices have gone up on the supreme pizza it sucks.the people they have working there are not friendly.

I've never seen a hot and ready pizza here. I've been to this location several times, each time hoping it would be better than the last, and each time was a complete disappointment. But no more! Honestly, you could order a delivery pizza from anywhere in Miami and it would probably still be ready before your order was taken here. Certainly before you get your food.

The service was horrible they took too long I ordered four boxes of pizza which took 2 hours real bad customer service

Ordered pizza, bread and wings a day in advance online and already paid for. Had to wait 25 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be ready. There were only two people working

Order the ExtraMost Cheese, waited 10 min and received a cheese pizza with less cheese and crust bigger that a regular one. I feel robbed.
PS: after i started eating i noticed that it didnt even have any sauce. What a disaster.

They spend all the marketing money to tell you that its always hot and ready.but it's never the case. The only thing that is ready is the line to wait for your pizza and only thing is hot are the clients upset for waiting.

The service was fast before they renovated it. Now it’s next to nonexistent. Lines are long and staff is hardly present. This store needs to increase their staff before they run out of customers. I’ve never seen such slow service at this location.

I arrived to Little Caesar yesterday June 01,2018, at 12;00 pm
and the guy in the front, told me and the rest of the line that NO PIZZAS AT THAT TIME.
Everybody was complaining because he was saying the same thing since 10: 00 am.
People so lazy shouldn't work in a busy place like Little Caesars.

The regular pizza is subpar, it needs more cheese and tolerable for the price, but only when hot and right out of the store, after it cools its gross even if you warm it up it still tastes gross.
The deep dish is better, it has way more cheese and a more favorable taste. The cheese bread is good as well.
The chicken wings are small and they taste ok.

Little Caesars in front of FIU. Convenient for students. Great pizza. Sometimes there can be a wait but its worth the wait. Can't beat $5 pizza for 8 people.

It's ridiculous that I call ahead of time to order a pizza for the second time because the first one they hung up. The second lady takes my order tells me it will be ready and when I arrive I still have to wait for it. How does this even possible on top of that super rude. No type of customer service at all.

Worst Little Caesars in Miami! They never have any of the "Hot and Ready Pizzas" available. Dirty dinning area.
The service is terrible! Rude and unprofessional. They have a don't give a s**t attitude. I'm guessing that the guy at front counter is a friend of the owner. He's the worst!

I rarely give bad review, but this place has provided terrible service multiple times.
