My daughter has been enrolled at LGA for 8 months and we will removing her from the school. The problem started when she entered the PK3 B CLASSROOM.
My biggest complaint is the lack of attention to a situation involving another child in my daughter’s classroom that bites and hits profusely! I’ve had to address situation after situation about said child advising the staff to keep them separate as I do not want my daughter hurt. I’ve spoken to multiple teachers that something needs to be done and that I want them separate. I’ve witnessed at pickup and drop off while being in the classroom, this child hitting others. I’ve advised the teachers, and the front desk personnel, time after time of the reoccurrence of this child’s behavior that I’ve been able to observe. On one of these instances I immediately left the classroom and spoke to the A. D.about what I witnessed and told them that there’s a really big problem and it needs to be addressed further with his parents. It’s evident that they turned a blind eye and continue to let this child be in the school knowing of his hitting. My child endured another encounter this past week on the playground with this boy. My daughter told me that he pulled her hair and scratched her and in self defense my daughter bit his finger. My daughter ended up getting an incident report and they made sure that I knew about that! The report said it happened in the classroom during circle time, written & observed by Ms. Joelys, meanwhile BOTH children- the little boy and my daughter told me that it was outside on the playground. Something is not adding up? I’ve had enough with this school and their inability to make the right calls on what needs to be done. My other issue is the lack of attention with the educational curriculum. They do not provide academic progress updates, and some weeks my child has no work in her backpack. How am I supposed to know what she did all week and how she’s progressing? If you don’t ask they won’t tell, and even so there is NO formality. They tell you upon enrolling they have a communication app that allows them to share pictures and updates throughout the day. NEVER have they sent me anything without me asking for it and that was back when she first enrolled in May and I wanted to make sure she was getting through the day and feeling good about being in a new environment. Another issue I have is the teacher turnover my daughter has had. There are only a few teachers that actually make you feel warm and fuzzy about learning and being with your child as most of them seem like they’re lacking the passion for educating. Every day at pickup it’s like playing musical chairs, (classroom edition) because I never know which classroom my daughter will be in. It’s just seems so chaotic and so many moving parts ALL OF THE TIME. LGA needs some serious structure and stronger leadership that will prioritize and ensure the accelerating success and the wellbeing of our children! The two stars accounts for the activities and programs they offer which my daughter has enjoyed.

I don’t typically write reviews but I want to share my experience with this school. My son was expelled from the school because of few minor incidents that happened because he was having a bad day. My son doesn’t always behave bad he’s a great kid. One incident a kid bite my son and my Son didn’t do anything to the kid but had a huge bite mark on his arm that left a bruise after that my son has had problems in class with throwing toys he’s literally four years old and they expelled him for that. He’s literally a little kid every kids has some bad days and kids are kids they throw toys sometimes. They waited for my son to come back to school to kick him out after I had paid the week they refused to give me my money back even tho my son was not at school. All they care about is the money not the kids. They don’t even follow the guides they put into place but wanna kick your kid out for something so dumb. Instead of working with the parents to solve the issues they just don’t care. We wanted to have a meeting with his teacher and the staff but when we came there they just told us that my son was being expelled. The teacher is never there when I pick him up so I can’t really talk to her she barely speaks to the parents. All they care about is the money not the students.

Glad to have had a pleasant experience when enrolling my child in school for the first time. She had been there soon to be a year. She loves the teachers and students and the front is great at communicating. Special thanks to Ms. Alexa, Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Michelle, and her first favorite teacher Ms. Cathy

We were blessed to find such an amazing preschool for our children. When you walk in, you feel a sense of security and peace. The ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming! I feel VERY safe leaving my children here. LGA is very clean and smells good. They are the best preschool in the area! What I love the most is that the teachers love on my children, and make them feel special. You walk through the halls and the staff always greets you, they acknowledge your child. They are very on top of things, if you voice your concerns, they will listen with action behind it. I am so pleased with my experience at LGA I will always recommend them to everyone!

The BEST priced, the BEST center, the BEST teachers, the BEST OVERALL! Thank you so much LGA for all that you do for me and my family!

The moment I toured this school I knew it was the school for my 5 month old. He was only here for 2 months but the staff was so friendly and they cared about my baby. The school was always clean and well kept. You don’t find many schools like this around.

Certainly, here's a more straightforward description:

At Little Giants Academy, the care and attention your son received during his first year left a lasting impression. The staff, including Vanesa and Alexa at the front desk, were always welcoming and understanding.

In the infant room, Mrs. Carmen and Mrs. Michelle were dedicated teachers who showered your son with love and care. In the toddler class, Mrs. Zaida paid close attention to the details of his development, from playtime to social interactions.

And in the mornings, Mrs. Anthony's excitement and loving care when looking after my son made every day special.

Little Giants Academy provided a nurturing and loving environment where our son thrived, leaving a heartwarming memory for your family.

I typically don't provide reviews, but I must share my recent experience. My son attended this daycare for a year, and I always paid on time. However, due to a work relocation from Hollywood to Fort Lauderdale, we had to withdraw him. We informed Little Giants but were told we needed to provide a two-week notice or be charged an extra $250. We complied and completed the necessary paperwork.

Then, we received a call from Little Giants, asking for an annual registration fee. We questioned this since our child would only be there for two more weeks. They insisted, threatening to deny our son entry. Despite our explanation, and obviously us paying for their services for these 2 remaining weeks.regardless they remained inflexible, prioritizing and stating of giving our spot to another parent that was waiting to register their son/daughter over our situation.

This incident severely disrupted my wife and I work schedules as we had no one to care for our son at last minute. My wife had to take off work with out pay because of this… This simply highlights the daycare's lack of EMPATHY and their focus on profit rather than the well-being of parents and children. To them our kids are just money signs over their heads “$”. Please reconsider before choosing this daycare. Not recommended at all!

They are the WORST, and I hope many parents see this and think twice before going in there.

I never imagined writing this, I am not one to comment anywhere or give a bad rating but I cannot remain silent.

Several times my son came home bitten, beaten, scratched and they didn't report it, and when he asked, no teacher knew what happened.

Every time I went for it, I was in a different room, all for not paying an extra teacher to support them.

The only thing that interests them is THE MONEY, they ask for money every week for activities that are not suitable for all children and if you do not pay that, your child is locked in another room.

I never met the director, I tried to contact her. I called her, wrote to her and never got an answer. It is impossible to talk to her as if she were the president of the country.

Except for the teacher Yaneisi and Johana, the rest of the staff are cold, rude, intolerant and zero flexible.

It is a very small place, the children are cramped, the air conditioning breaks all the time.

Really parents, look very carefully where your children enter.

My worst experience and big mistake this place for my son.

I'm still in shock, I still find it hard to believe what they did to my son Gabriel, they practically threw him out of nowhere, that's what happened.

After spending a year in the nursery, we let us know that the child would be there for a couple more weeks because we were going to move house and the answer was that if the tuition fee for the whole year (250 us) was not paid, the child could not be there for those two weeks left to move from home. Then it was to pay the amount of the week (200us) plus the registration fee (250us).

They called me on a Friday afternoon to give me the news. That if I was not willing to pay for this, they had another mother on the line who wanted that quota for my son Gabriel.

We never missed a payment, we were always very responsible and we overlooked several disagreements that happened with our son and suddenly they come out with this so disappointing.

The children in this nursery are only a transaction, it only represents money for the owner, but they have no sense of humanity, neither with the children nor with the family.

All my loved ones are very surprised and disappointed in what happened.

I am in the middle of the process of moving with my son in the house and they did not have any consideration, they took him out just like that.

That is not done. I will never recommend them because of the lack of common sense and humanity that they have in that school.

PS: children are allowed to attend sick and you can imagine the level of virus contagion so high there. Every day that I went to pick up my son, I saw children with snot all over their faces and they were not cleaned.

I have a lot to say but I trust that God always takes the worst out of my way for me and my family.

I could never have picked a better school for my child. She has learned so much. She adores her teachers. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. It feels like family from the moment u say “good morning” to the moment you say “see you tomorrow”. So very grateful for all the amazing staff, teaches and anyone else involved in making this school the place to be!
