8One of the worst motels you can possible stay. Couple of people, including me, were almost kicked on the spot for hanging outside! And they threatened to kick people out for having visitors! I SWEAR TO YOU DO NOTTTT COME HERE. It’s the worst. Just see the other reviews.
Landlord is a complete d! Ck, Bed bugs, roaches, and rats the wifi never works and the cable TV only has 10 or 12 channels! Lord why did I move here! Did I mention you can't stand outside over 5 minutes are you going to be rushed into your room.
Extremely rude and poor customer service. I would avoid this place at all cost it's not worth the headache and place is extremely run down
Attacked by dog when I walked into rental office. Was told I wasn’t supposed to be in there, but there was no sign. Dog was retained and was asked “well what do you want? ” I said I was looking for a 2 month rental while my house was being built. Dog attacked me again and was told to just leave there was no available units call 2 days before you’re ready to move. Very weird interaction. I guess stay here if you’re desperate
You can't have anyone come visit you. You can't even have Uber eats come and bring you food
Best place to live very convenient to shopping and downtown areas and nice clean rooms owners wonderful very different from the old vintage no druggies like to come here no more and we have Camaras

Newly renovated and very clean rooms, by far the best choice for an extended stay in lake wales. Also the best deal around for the $. Owner was very nice and professional, and keeps the (rif-raf) out.
Checked in and went to room and the room was filthy. The first room the toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor correctly. The door was nasty the table looked like someone was snoring drugs off of it and she'll of mold. The second room was no better than the first one. Nasty stuff on the beds and floor smelled bad.
