Hi everyone, my name is Andrea and I am the new director here at Little Village. This a great group of ladies here and we would love to welcome you to our family.

To hear my sister and nephew treated so poorly by the director, Beth, was infuriating. With all the difficulties that come along with being a parent, you would HOPE that the facility caring for your child would extend grace or at a minimum follow their own policy by considering unforeseen circumstances caused by doctor appointments. To threaten a parent with force for waiting patiently to have a discussion that you didn’t want to have is very unprofessional and disheartening.

Very disappointed especially with the head manager…my grandson is autistic and they always complaining about him, calling my daughter to come pick him up with no valid excuse 2-3 times a week, she lost her job and they then kicked my grandson out the daycare cause they could not handle him, we made a complaint with social services…I do not recommend

KEEP YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM HERE AS FSR AS POSSIBLE
Yes this place is as horrible as I’m saying it is. The director MARY. Is horrible with kids, staff, and parents. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She leaves and doesn’t tells her staff and if there’s an emergency her staff cant get a hold of her. She will take your money and make you pick up your kid for non emergency reason. When you pick your kid up expect their face to be extremely dirty with boogers coming down to their mouth. Expect them with saggy diapers. This kids do not get watched or taken care off.oh and if your kid has any condition as being autistic they will discriminate your child. They lose their belonging you bring so you will have to keep buying mutiple cups or jackets for your child. PLEASE DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
