Andrew was referred to me from a friend to assist with my out-of-state move. I was house shopping from 1,000 miles away, but Andrew went above and beyond to make it feel like I was right alongside him during walk-throughs at multiple houses. He was incredibly thorough every time I had questions specific to each home (ie. Potential Airbnb location, HOA details, etc) and knowledgeable about the areas.

We submitted offers on a few homes that were in multiple offer situations, and Andrew’s quick action and communication helped get the deal done on the perfect house - in the perfect location! He referred me to one of his preferred lenders, and with the help of all parties, we were able to close quickly!
