Yoga on the beach is memorable. With Athena Allen it is unforgettable. Her enthusiasm is sizzling. With her Meditation technique she takes your mind to another life.

Athena is a wonderful guide. I am taking yoga for focus and discipline. I am also not flexible or strong yet. She is very keen to the fact that we are all coming to this from different places. She has a very warm energy and loads of knowledge which is inspiring. Throw in a sandy beach or a shade spot in the park and you have some something really special.
