Living Center of St. Petersburg / Aspire at Seminole reviews
5My Aunt is here for rehab, the place was extremely clean and everyone was very kind! The folks were sweet and the nursing was attentive! Thank you!
My father has been in living center since February-
1st several weeks not so good, however, I must say they’ve brought in a new director whom apparently knows how to run the place - I visit multiple times a day, as I live 10 minutes away -definitely have noticed major improvements, my dad received a spinal injury from auto accident and requires a great deal of care and they are doing a fantastic job with him, very kind and caring staff. Most all other residents I interact with seem to be as happy as they can be, everyone is allowed to walk or wheel around, join in with activities.activities director doing fantastic job, got my dad joining in with watching movies, bingo and other things they do great for my dad who has never really participated in anything
Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend this place
Kudos to director Phillip.and the crew…
I wish I could give it no star this place is a dump, I'm going on my 3rd day and still haven't got any of my important meds they just keep giving me excuces, I have seen 3 coakroaches and the food is not etable
My son, 45 years old is a quadriplegic, and unfortunately has no insurance. He was place there as a result. Been there since January, and has deteriorated since then. Which is a result of negligence.
There is no physical therapy, a shower once a week (maybe). The food is horrible and much of the same thing every day. Tater tots and grilled cheese for Easter dinner.
My son got Covid from a CNA! All he got was robitusin to relieve his congestion.
His arms and legs have become twisted and has sores on his, legs and feet, that weren’t there before, and the wounds on his arms have never heeled.
He was moved from his room during Covid, then moved to a room surrounded with loud people and music day and night, which is very bothersome to my son. I believe this move was in retaliation for my complaints.
I love my son and I want to move him, but this is not easy due to the fact he is a quadriplegic.
I just want him to be treated like a human being while there.
Now he says he’s just waiting to DIE.
We placed my aunt in this facility about 6 months ago and we couldn't be more happy with our decision. The staff is friendly and very respectful to their residents and families. The holidays are the absolute best here, the staff truly makes the residents feel at home. The facility is always decorated very nicely, residents receive holiday baskets, they play games, the staff dresses up and makes the holiday seasons very nice and engaging for the residents. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents and truly helpful to the family when we call with questions and/or concerns. This facility has done more for my aunt in the 6 months she's been there then her previous facility did in 2 years. I would highly recommend Consulate Health Care of St. Petersburg to assist with your loved ones.
