Derrick could have done a fix and made a buck but ran some diagnostics and let me know the compressor was getting ready to crash and that I'd be better off with a new unit. We need more honesty like this!

Another great experience with LK Appliance. Today it was my garbage disposal and some related concerns with my dishwasher. All of the issues were quickly resolved and all of my questions were answered by Art. I appreciate their professionalism and service and will continue to use them for all of my appliance needs.

Arthur was great. Even though the oven was working when he tested it, he did not trouble shooting until he found a frayed which was causing the intermittent problem.

We contacted LK Appliance Repair re: a dishwasher that stopped working and a leaking sink disposal. Arthur returned our call within the hour and came to our home the next day. Circuit board issue with the 3 year old dishwasher. Arthur quoted a repair cost. We decided to buy new. Disposal had a crack in the exterior casement. He suspected it was damaged prior to installation. Came back in 2 days and installed a new one. We will utilize his service again if needed. Highly recommend.

Arturs showed up on time and fixed the broken top rack of our Whirlpool dishwasher in about 15 minutes of work! Clean, professional and very competent; these guys really are the best.
