This dealership practices in the art of deceptive trade practices. I purchased a van and when driving home within 50 miles the check engine light came on. They inconvenienced me by bringing it back to their mechanic only to have the codes cleared and saying it was repaired. I took the van on a trip to have it fully break down on the side of the road. When I called Gus apparently he only knows English when making a sale and only Spanish when there is a problem. Avoid this place at all costs. They are scammer’s.

George have been very attentive and professional. Great service and everything was in order as per the agreement.
Would recommend this dealer ship and definitely will buy again from them.

Engaged these guys in purchasing a van and was told that the van only had minor scratches on the rare bumper and side panels which they repaired. When i asked for a car-fax report i was told by George that it was not necessary as the title was clean and there were just scratches on the car. Traveled four hours to buy the van and took it back to Orlando only to discover the van was in an accident where the airbags were deployed. When i tried to have this matter addressed i was given all kinds of run around by the owners. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I also had a tag of my own which was used to register the vehicle yet i was charged an additional $255 for a new tag. He sent me on a goose chase to a tag agency he claimed he used but only to be told by the tag agency that they did no such transactions with them and the invoice given to me did not come from the tag agency but from LKG. STAY AWAY! You will be given defective vehicles and hoodwinked!

This is the first time that I write a scathing review about a business, but I must share my experience so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I purchased a vehicle that I thought had 46,000 miles. I went home and got Carfax on the vehicle only to learn that the last mileage recorded was 140,600. I called the dealership and told them and they told me to return the car and they would return my deposit. Since I had only given a deposit and still owed a balance, I asked the salesman to give me a signed paper showing that I returned the car and did not owe anything. He refused to give me any sort of documentation. Since he adamantly refused to give me proof that I returned the car and he had taken my copy of the contract, I had no option but to call the police. I explained the situation to the police officer and he had the owner give me a typewritten statement that I don’t owe anything to the dealership. The salesman and the owner were very combative and treated us like we were in the wrong when it is they who are crooks. Stay away from this dealership. These people are not honest.

Ok I hate giving anyone a bad review especially when times are not so good right now but the only reason why I'm doing this is because of how they treated me as a potential customer. I don't want them to do it again to anyone. So I'm looking for a rear door for my work van a 2015 Chevy Express I see one advertised on craigslist for a 2016 LKG auto has advertised so I call to them to verify that they still have the door so I don't waist time. They told me that they have it so I I told them that I'm heading their way. When I get there the person who is in charge of selling the door wasn't there but someone in the office calls him and told me that he will be back in 5 minutes which he was. When he took me into the yard he starts showing me a few vehicles that is not what I called for. I told him that I rather have the door that is in his advertisement. I see the van already missing some parts but the door I need is still on the van. The sales person told me to take the other door he showed me and I said I I rather buy the one that has the Chevy Express Express emblems rather than the GMC emblems. He then tells me that he can't sell me the door that is in the advertisement.
That's when I show him the picture that I uploaded from craigslist and tell him why then would he advertise the van on the picture and then want to sell me something else. Not to mention that the advertisement fits the description of the picture of the van being sold as parts. I also told him that was the reason for me calling so that I don't waist anytime. But that's not the whole reason for me putting up this review, the other reason is how they treated me when I told them that they are doing false advertising I was practically pushed out the front door and when I was leaving I took some pictures of the buisness so I can post them for this review and they ran out into the parking lot towards me to take a picture of my truck plate as I'm driving off them shouting profanities at me.
So I just want to share this with the Google community. I'm sorry that this happened it was not my intention for this to be the outcome. I wouldn't give not one star but I couldn't post this without giving them a star.

Super reasonable, free servicing for a year, 1 year warranty, the interior and exterior of the car are impeccable and it’s runs beautifully! I couldn’t be any happier! I came to LKG interested in a Chrysler 200. When I arrived Gus greeted me and decided to show me some other cars rather than the one I was interested in. He was very upfront and honest. He even let me trade in my old vehicle towards my new one. I drove away that day with a 2016 Nissan Sentra and couldn’t be happier. I have had no problems whatsoever with my vehicle. Very fair price. Very friendly, family orientated environment.

I wish many people read this review and get warned about not making business with this auto dealer. This is the worst dealer in south Florida. If you want to get frustrated, get a piece of junk for thousands of dollars and get a vehicle that probably was some kind of dishonestly fixed.then this warning is not for you. People working at this dealer do not care about anything else but money.especially the guy named Gustavo. Think twice before buying a vehicle at this place for your own sake.
