Great flooring store. Great flooring great prices. Great customer service. I am a flooring company and I always recommend people to the store.

Highly recommend! We used LL Flooring to replace the existing carpet / tile in our two story house with luxury vinyl planks.

Loved the selection in floors. We did a lighter wood-like floor (bigger planks) on the first floor and did a herringbone darker pattern upstairs. BEAUTIFUL!

The carpet was no big deal to remove, but we choose NOT to install new floor over our existing tile because it had huge grout lines and was not 100% level. Overall process to remove tile was intense. I liked how clean they tried to keep everything. The demo team had different vacuums and equipment that kept dust / debris to a minimum. They worked with me (and around my HOA) to have a dumpster here for as short a time as possible.

Installers were very careful around our baseboards and helped to get quarter rounds that matched our walls and cabinets. After a couple months - no gaps in our floors, no planks popping up. A few squeaks we had upstairs are actually gone too.

Big shout out to Zack! I can't say enough nice things him. He did the majority of the install and you can tell he's been doing this for quite some time. He did a great job at communicating where he was working the next day so we could move around him. He also helped get my office up and running fast so I could mostly stay out of his hair during the day. I think he must be a wizard with quarter rounds because they look a part of our baseboards. Above all, our floors look amazing! We get a lot of compliments - especially upstairs on the herringbone pattern. Thank you, Zack!

LL flooring initially said that they were sending out multiple people because we paid extra to have furniture moved. They did not.

After calling about it, they sent extra people to help the first guy. The first guy was really nice, but one person can't possibly move the furniture that we paid to have moved. So that's on LL flooring. Not the contractors.

The big problem is that we called because of the gaps in the flooring. The contractor came out and reglued it, but didn't actually fix the gaps that you see in the photos. I specifically showed him the gaps and they're still not fixed.

We paid a lot for the flooring. I don't understand why the floor has cracks.

I was impressed that they were very clean as many contractors in this area don't actually clean up after themselves.

It wasn't a completely bad experience, but I'm not happy that I have up figure out how to fix this on my own.

OUTSTANDING customer service - by Eli Devine. Edited to add that we had great installation done by Eric. He did so well on the first room, we asked for him again on the next two. The floor still looks like new even with two large dogs.

The price was fine. The floors are very pretty. Good place to save. We laid them ourselves. What was tough to accept was that we didn’t know how much we would need. We were told in a very detailed conversation we could return whatever we didn’t use. At the end of the day that was not true and we have about 600 sq ft left over. Get whatever she tells you in writing and ask about the fine line disclosures because he may not approve and you’re not wasting money in materials you don’t need.

Prices and people were great. Delivery guys on time and installers were great. Nothing about my experience with LL Flooring was even "just average". All great

I had a great experience purchasing flooring here.
We initially came in about 2 weeks prior to purchase to get a sample. They followed up with us in agreed upon increments - no pushy calls. When it was time to purchase, they made it quick and easy and loaded up my car for me. I can't say good enough things about this store!

As for the product, it has not been installed yet (it's acclimating) but everything looks good with minimal damaged boards (only 2 so far but I should be able to use those for the closet).

We had a great experience at LL Flooring! Craig helped us and was so helpful and patient because every week we would stop by and take a stack of samples home to see what they looked like in our home. Finally, we decided and bought the Cannes Maple lvp and it looks amazing! There was no pressure to buy right away and Craig was so helpful in answering all our questions!

Aaron and the team at LL Flooring in Brandon FL are awesome. I was able to conduct most of the process over the phone. Aaron spent time explaining the proposal and was able to schedule an install several weeks down the line. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Aaron and his team

Put in 1400 sq feet of luxury vinyl plank in our house. Very happy with how it turned out. We shopped around and they were the best price and had a large selection. Contractors that installed it were very clean, polite, and did an excellent job. No complaints.
